Dammit I was going to search what the doses for Sesapure today, but I guess I won't be going any of that! ;)
What's a good dose of Sesa? When is the optimal time to take it - with every meal? Spread out a few times each day? Pre/Post workout? What factors determine the amount one should take every sitting?
2 caps, 3 times daily.. i take 'em about 20 min before meals -- though that's only because I take it with Glucorell-R which is much more food/time-dependent.
Spread out throughout the day is fine :).

i spread mine out through the day also at usually 6 a day, sometimes 8 depending how i eat at meals,

dosing does vary. Generally reccomend taking prior/with meals. Some people need higher doses to see their optimal effects. Some people need lower. Generally most people use between 4-6 caps per day. Higher doses are often used on heavy cheat days and for those people that find that a higher dose makes a difference.
on the other hand some people take just 2 caps a day and in their experience thats all they need. But just as often you will see people that post that they saw a big jump in effects by moving to 8-10 caps...
reccomendation: play around with the dose, find what works best for YOU :)

update? where did you settle on dosing?
anyone else feel free to chime in, the more feedback the better for others looking to their dosing.
I take 2 with breakfast, lunch and Dinner (bigger meals) and 1 with the other 3 smaller meals. Works fine for me. The sesa I only take with B, L and D.

I'm going to start using it when I taper off my T3 use. I want to minimize rebound as much as possible so I figure I'd add it then.
OK so hopefully someone can just tell me what i should do to start out and then ill play with it from there: I am 5'5 113lbs this morning, trying to gain more mass but minimal fat. I already had breakfast this morning, but plan on working out in an hour, then have my PWO, then about 1-2 hours later have lunch. Should I take 2 seas after my PWO? Then maybe 2 more before dinner or something? i have no friggin clue lol sorry im so clueless. i dont have gluc yet, plan on gettin some though............
