Tylenol PM Liquid

I have been in ketosis for about a week now, but had some trouble sleeping the last few nights.

I have some "liquid" Tylenol PM, (have always had success with the pills), but I am afraid of how much sugar could be in it.

this is all the "Inactive Ingredients" read:

caramel color, citric acid, FD&C red #40, flavors, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, purified water, sodium benzoate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, sorbitol, sucralose, sucrose

is this like candy??????

Any help would be much appreciated.....

I mean, if it had a decent dose of sugar, wouldn't it be dangerous for a diabetic too???

I know I'm just starting to obsess about this............

Habitual use of Tylenol (and the like) can be damaging to the kidneys............

I use it about 3 times/month, so I'm not worried.

i remember i read like a year ago that a college student was taking pm's for like a year straight and died of liver failure. not sure if it was true or not.

If your going to use Tylenol PM, I'd recommend getting the Tylenol simply sleep instead. It doesn't have the acetometaphan in it.
