Heck yah, it was a major, major help to my pain levels and mobility. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia - it is actually probably 'Myofacial Pain Syndrome' and the trigger point therapy was a big help. It TAKES A FEW TREATMENTS (more than a few, in my case). It actually took a few months of steady treatments for my muscles and trigger points to even begin releasing. Now, I can self-treat many of them.

My experience.....

Hurts so much you can't breathe and you break out in a sweat all over. Then, as the knots release, there is immediate relief and improvement.

I highly recommend it.

Trigger point, myosfascial, and ART are all very good things. IMO we should all get them performed regularly, but they are $$.

Any ART questions should be addressed to Jon.

Depends on whether or not they use just lydocaine or add cortisone. When they add the cortisone, it works great.
