I'm trying to get enough calories to facilitate growth while, at the same time, staying at about 10% bf. I'm currently running 1200mg/wk of test (increased from 750mg) and 50mg/wk winny. Stats: 5'10", 225lbs, approx 10% bf.
6 am: 10 egg whites 1 cup oatmeal w/ 2 tablespoons ANPB 1 cup Kashi Crunch cereal 1.25 cup skim milk 9 am: No fat, low carb protein shake (40g) 2 tablespoons ANPB 11 am: 6 egg whites 1 cup oatmeal 3/4 cup skim milk 1:30 pm: 7 oz. chicken breast 1 cup lentils 1/2 tablespoon olive oil 3:30 pm: Same as 1:30pm 5:30 pm: 1 cup organic cottage cheese 1 medium apple 7:30 pm: 1 medium apple 2 tablespoons ANPB 9:30 pm: 10 egg whites 1 cup oatmeal 3/4 cup skim milk According to fit day, that comes to a total of 3967 calories/day. |

i think the cals might be a touch on the high side to be honest....that first meal alone looks like it's about 1000 cals and whatever your body can't use, gear or no gear, it's going to get stored away as fat. i'd drop the cals down a touch as your 1100 cals over your daily maintenance.
