Default How's this diet look?

I'm trying to get enough calories to facilitate growth while, at the same time, staying at about 10% bf. I'm currently running 1200mg/wk of test (increased from 750mg) and 50mg/wk winny. Stats: 5'10", 225lbs, approx 10% bf.

6 am: 10 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal w/ 2 tablespoons ANPB
1 cup Kashi Crunch cereal
1.25 cup skim milk

9 am: No fat, low carb protein shake (40g)
2 tablespoons ANPB

11 am: 6 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup skim milk

1:30 pm: 7 oz. chicken breast
1 cup lentils
1/2 tablespoon olive oil

3:30 pm: Same as 1:30pm

5:30 pm: 1 cup organic cottage cheese
1 medium apple

7:30 pm: 1 medium apple
2 tablespoons ANPB

9:30 pm: 10 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup skim milk

According to fit day, that comes to a total of 3967 calories/day.

Maybe change up the 10 egg whites at the end of the night. You might get burned out on 'em.

I can see where you'd get that idea. Luckily for me, if I find something I like that has the nutrients I need, I could eat it daily for months (maybe even years) before becomming tired of it.

Word. I'm the same way. I just read someone else's thread where he's burned out, didn't want you to be at risk. But if you're cool with it, run with it.

The egg whites, though...are they just raw/scrambled, or will you prepare them differently and add veggies/meat to them at all?

I just basically pan fry them with non-fat cooking spray. I also add this low carb ketchup which is only 1 carb per serving.

There's something wonderful about that, ketchup and eggs.

i think the cals might be a touch on the high side to be honest....that first meal alone looks like it's about 1000 cals and whatever your body can't use, gear or no gear, it's going to get stored away as fat. i'd drop the cals down a touch as your 1100 cals over your daily maintenance.

Wow, you're the first to recommend that. I normally hit about 3000 calories per day, but set up this diet in response to advice given to me by some guys on here and wanted everybody's opinion. You're absolutely right, though, gear or no gear, that which is not used will be stored as fat.

Yeah, everyone is different, Swole. Even though the advice might be good and sagely, it might just not work for you. Give it a shot, adjust as necessary
