light db press 30 lb 3x10 (warm up pecs and shoulders)
* lots of stretching for pecs and shoulders and upper back. pecs have been realy crampy for some reason.
2 board press + mini band around 2 db

had to beat it a little bit early! hammered 60 grams protien (no carb no fat) mixed in revive vitamin water and small gatorade. 2 ephedrine and 5 advil on the way to the ball field.
got to the field,stretched and got loose, had a pretty good nite. in the 1st game i couldnt catch anything that was hit at me in the field. had no cordination from training. hit the ball well a line drive and 2 homeruns.
the second game was much better. finaly started to catch a little something, and again hit 2 line drives and 2 homeruns. all in all not a bad nite.
got to hang out with my buddies,pound the hell out of myself in the gym,and played good in the games!
I'm looking forward to seeing this! I remember lots of good posts from you about powerlifting and how you train, so good to see it here.:greengrin:

kind of an easy day today....listened to one of my training partners bitch all day because on tues. we made him do db press for the entire workout as punishment for no call no show. we had him run the rack back and forth on flat db press. when it was time to go he couldnt pick up his arms and we poked him alot and laughed at him.....hahahahaha it gets nasty in the crackhouse gym.

march 16 re conditioning day
so i was sick for like 9 days and it sucked! ya know the standard cough, puke, cough, blow nose, sneeze(throw out back), cough, puke you get the picture.
ate nothing for 3 days except water. messed up my glucose pretty bad...crashed twice. lost 12 lbs, felt like there was a straw in my back and i was leaking. drank so much nyquil by accident thought i was seeing lightning bolts come out of the light socket...hahaha
db bench press:

st. patty's day fubar!!! so I'm starting to feel better about my fiancé leaving me and my buddies convinced me to go out on sat nite....realy didn't want to because bad things usually happen when me and my training partner drink at all. so we goto a street party and I'm not there 5 minutes and i have two giant margaritas forced into my hands and I'm told drink up its your nite.......right then I'm thinking this isn't going to be good! #1 i dont drink and haven't had a drink in 3 years because bad things happen!!! # 2 i only used to ever drink beer! so you see the future ? so half way through the 1st one I'm shot! and apparently i had 4 of them from what i was told. we hang out and watch some cool ass midget wrestling battle royal thing.(like 30 of them). and i meet this hot ass chic who thinks I'm cute so i was told! just then one of my exes walks by and says i used to date him hes a piece of shit!!! and my buddy goes oh no! well i guess she wore my drink and my buddies drink! from what i was told. well then i guess we went to cocoa beach like 25 miles from where we were to re-watch the band we already saw. apparently they were good? we were hanging out in this place(Irish pub) and this other hot chic who is friends with my other training partner(took pics with his hot rod) this chic is all tattooed up and sexy as hell! and she is a hardcore ass kicking machine!!! she is on one of the best roller derby teams around. well i thought i said she was pretty? apparently not the case because i turned around and the chic head butted me and knocked me on my ass! hahaha well my buddy explains that i dont drink and I'm not really a bad guy, and my chic left......next thing you know here come the Jaeger bombs! uh oh.....so now I'm standing in front of the biggest bouncer i guess Ive ever seen because i dont remember, and as it was explained to me before he sat me down in a chair kind of harshly. i was calling him a big puss and talking shit about his mother. well i guess I'm sitting there and my buddies are laughing there asses off. and this girl sat next to me with the most amazing eyes Ive ever seen green with blue in them. i couldn't quit looking into her eyes(this happens to be the only thing i actually remember)....so we leave this place and go to Denny's. we are standing in line and i guess my buddy called this guy a fag? then theres a big fight? i guess. well we chased this guy out into the parking lot and just as I'm getting ready to smash him i hear FREEZE!!! so i turn around, and i was told later that every cop there had there tazer lite on me. after the fact I'm thinking thats not very fair! as there were 5 other guys involved. and the guy a was ganna kill was bigger then me. so we sat face down on the cold concrete for an hour at gun point. i fell asleep. they let us all go....but they let them eat and we had to leave....bummer. all in all a fun nite had by all. i guess i needed it and im soooo happy no jail because i promised my dad i wouldnt get in trouble. i woke up in the afternoon on sunday and i had a phone number on my chest. of course i was like what the hell? so i called it and it was the girl with the amazing eyes!! apparently she had been watching my rumbling bumbling foolishness the entire nite. she was a friend of my buddies girl, and thought i was cute. moral to this story is .....if you know bad things will happen stay home, however you may miss out on a realy hot chic!!!
