Default whey isolate + fats before bed ?

Is it just as good as casein ?

Casein has a poor BV , so I was using whey + fats . But do fats REALLY makes the whey protein digest slower ? HOw much slower ?

My mother always used to recommend eggs with milk as a bedtime drink. You need something to see you through the night rather than just the first couple of hours.

I could switch to caseinate just to make it sure .

But I am reluctant because of the horrible caseinate BV .

So I just stick to whey , but I am not sure if the added fat will reaaaaaaally make it digest slower .

I used to have cottage cheese (mixed with jello or yogurt to cover over the horrible taste) but now I just save a bit of meat from dinner and eat it as I go to bed
