When ingesting Winstrol Depot…

Would there be any benefit to putting the liquid into a gel-cap as opposed to just drinking it?

Drinking winstrol is fine as long as you are sure to inject all of it.

I have already decided to ingest (to take into the body by the mouth for digestion or absorption) the winstrol—not inject it intramuscularly.

Would it be more efficient to swallow the liquid, or swallow a gel-cap filled with the liquid?
