Default I broke the 100kg (222 lbs) mark!!!

Yesterday morning I was weighting 224lb. That means 101kg, and everybody who uses international metric sistem knows that the 100kg mark is psicologicaly very important.
The good thing is that I can still see my abs.....seems like I will kick asses in my november competition.

I did not like being 225lbs. Your athletic
ability goes down the shitter.

Strong? You bet. But agile? NOPE.

I'm not agile at all right now and I weigh 185...I couldn't imagine how slow I would be at 222.

Depends on the person and thier baseline size. I was 6'2" 210 lbs fresh out of high school and at 260 or so it was a bit harder to jump and sprint, ect. Being over 300lbs is a whole nother story.

I was doing track and field when I weighted that much and was pretty successful....100m sprints, shot put and long jump (jumping became increasingly difficult).
Now at 280 I still feel agile, at 310 I feel like a huffing freight train with a sore lower back.
