Stubborn Fat?

A friend of mine is having a tough time getting the stubborn fat off her ass. She has VERY LOW b/f all over except on her "cheeks". It is very frustrating to her. She is doing everything right diet, cardio, thermo's etc... She is on a low dose of Birth Control which may have some bearing but is there anything else that she can do or try to bring down this stubborn fat? I have heard that women using Yohimbe have had success - something to do with estrogen blocking? Please...any help???

Don't you need a prescription for that?
