View Full Version : Kara's Olympic Lifting ~ Powerlifting ~ Strongman ~ Hybrid Strength Sport Training
sorry it took me so long to get my log back up! just been doing the usual... a lot of front squats and overhead presses. seems like those are my two main exercises these days. i did try some back squats for the first time in a year...olympic style stance and depth...with no problems on my lower back so that was a nice surprise! i think i'm going to slowly work those back into my routine, but craig and i seem to do so well keeping out lower backs in check just doing front squats that i'm not going to go nuts with the back squats just yet.
i'll post up what i can remember of my last few workouts later. just wanted to get my log back up on here!

thanks so much everyone!
t-cake, sassy and scarlett y'all crack me up!!!
thanks for posting up the vids ILIEKFUDE. craigor is right about my physique lookin' better now...i weigh about 30 lbs less! oh he's also right about youtube loading faster lol! as for pyshique shots wonderwoman...i'm nothing like any of y'all ripped up beauties...i'm just trying not to be a complete porker these days lol! maybe if i take a pic where i don't look completely bovine when i do my house of pain pics i'll post it up LOL!
guess i'll add a little more info here since the old logs aren't up anymore...
i've taken a year break from powerlifting and all strength sports and have just been training 1-2x a week. had a nasty back injury and needed time to heal. changed up training significantly since being with craig and it's been awesome! i'm quite shocked by the results with such little volume. more detail on that in the log, obv.
i've also lost over 30 pounds and am weighing mid 130's right now! so i guess my new PL weight class is 132 and olympic lifting is 63kg. i've been eating a LOT better than i used to before i got married and supplementing with trex which i think is THE best weight loss supp in the world hands down! although i like my physique at this bodyweight, i've lost a ton of strength...but it's coming back slowly. it's also hard to say how much of the strength loss is from the bodyweight or from the huge amount of time i took off training with my back injury. what's interesting is i haven't lost a lot of muscle...i actually look more muscular, surely because i'm leaner, but it's like the muscle is all show and isn't working or something because i don't feel very strong lol! i'm hoping that since we're now training more consistently my strength will gradually increase....without me having to pork up again LOL!
i'm also taking neurogenex right now in an effort to sharpen my brain for my online poker addiction :tvwatch: i think it's helping me sleep better? it's the only variable lately and i've been sleeping really well.
3/7
Olympic Squats
well i thought i was just going to be squatting today but i also got in a little upright row work as craig mentioned above LOL!!! poor guy! i sure hope he hasn't seen me doing any hi rep down sets with 135 or anything hahahah!
i couldn't decide if i wanted to do front squats or back squats so i just did some of both. i did a set of fronts then a set of backs, etc. i don't remember all the sets and reps and weights...except for the set with 205 when i'm at the bar...about to go...with my ipod on...and some old guy stops me to say, "that's pretty good for a lil' lady"
i did a ton of sets though and i'm crazy sore today. fronts and backs in the same day are insane!
then i did leg extensions...single and double leg like always

I keep hearing from so many successful people in a lot of different aspects of training that more isn't always better. Chalk up another one who says the same.

+1 i guess i've been so brainwashed from so many years of reading bodybuilding magazines, etc. when i was a kid. then all my years of olympic lifting training that was extremely high volume/high frequency...i'm just used to being in the gym ALL the time. i honestly thought my physique would fall apart if i wasn't in the gym 4x a week...AT THE VERY LEAST 3x and in that case it would be for like 3 hours at a time lol.
i do also have to say though...i'm not sure training 2x a week is a way to BUILD a physique or strength. craig and i both spent over a decade doing the typical training frequency...3-6 days per week, etc. when we started out and have such a solid base now that we can experiment with different things. if i had it all to do over again i don't think i'd change a thing...i think building that base when i was young was invaluable so that i can be lazy...oh i mean innovative...later on hahhaha.

all you need to do is come up with a new and hip'r word than lazy and you will become the fastest growing guru ever.
how about "schedule-concious fitness"
they could like walk in and pickup some medicine balls that someone forgot to put away and then go home. BAM CONDITIONING.
or they could walk to the gym but get a phone call like "dude, kegger 7pm YOU GOIN?!" and you could be like "o hell yeah" and turn around and walk home without steppin into the gym. BAM CARDIO.
later that night some drunk chicks like "EYE WONA DOO A KEGSHTAND!" so you help her but she was a base in cheerleading so guess what? BAM OVERHEAD PRESS!

That would be great. I think most of the other members that never get to see Kara train would love to read a training log. I know Kara is very modest. But the fact is, she's broken world records and has been training since Jr HS. Seeing the training that leads up to that is something most of us never gets to see or discuss.
C. Smith
03-10-2008, 06:34 AM
lol, it was more in jest. My training methods are quite simple in theory, and most people have a hard time even believing that's what i do. Kara hadn't trained that way before, was probably more against it than for it, but actaully gave it a go and was really surprised (and continues to be, i think ;)) Even when i break it down for most people, they still would be/are hesitant to apply it. It's not what has been ingrained in us through the magazines, interweb, etc...
It is so nice to be have a wife/training partner who is as smart as she is so we can discuss training, etc... im quite lucky. If only i had her genetics :praying:
However, just to re-clarify with a slight edit:
i do also have to say though...i'm not sure training 2x a week is a way to BUILD a physique or strength. craig and i both spent over a decade doing the typical training frequency...3-6 days per week, etc. when we started out and have such a solid base now that we can experiment with different things. if i had it all to do over again i don't think i'd change a thing

thank you so much ulter. i think you, much like my husband, give me far too much credit though! i will agree on one thing...i have been strength training in some form my whole life...definitely back to junior high and even before that i was doing gymnastics, dance, and my dad was a track athlete and had me in little kiddie track meets in kindergarten LOL! it's just hard for me to get excited about my "world records" sometimes...or even admit to them...knowing how much the equipment inflates my actual capabilities. i could never look a non-powerlifter in the eye and say, "well yes sir i sure do bench 450!" knowing that would crush me without my magic fabric LOL! i'm actually far more proud of a lot of my random raw workouts that led up to my equipped PR's. but i also feel that the equipment has allowed me to train through little injuries and continue my strength career much later in life...i felt so beat up from olympic lifting at 23...my back, my knees, everything. in powerlifting so many of the top lifters, male and female are doing the best lifting of their life well into their 40's which is so inspiring.
man i'm babbly lately lol

definitely more against and definitely still surprised...every single day! i can't believe i'm getting stronger every workout and how much bigger my legs have gotten in the last month! i think the consistency has been key as well. we did some hardcore slacking for the last year LOL!
It is so nice to be have a wife/training partner who is as smart as she is so we can discuss training, etc... im quite lucky. If only i had her genetics :praying:
lol you are so biased...it's awesome!!! i also love having a husband on the same brainwave to talk about all this stuff with. we have the best discussions and it's great to be able to get feedback, ideas, input, etc. WHATEV about my genetics! ok i will admit that i can somehow build muscle on like 25 grams protein a day an my body transforms cool ranch doritos, cadbury eggs and various other trash other carbs into quality protein LOL but i would kill for your athleticism and ability to eat fast food pretzels and be veiny with abs year round!
3/9
shirt bench
well i'm super out of shape and wearing my shirt from when i was a 148/165 but it wasn't too horrendous for like my 3rd bench workout in a year i guess...
295 & 315 were real smooth and easy. i did some shady things with 330 but i'm pretty sure i could have repeated it and made it pretty if i wasn't so lazy.
push downs
lots of them
handstands
just because
3/10
squats
put on some loose briefs...for the 1st time since last march. still did them olympic style...walked out, high bar, very close stance, etc. 295, 325, 355 - all very easy. i'll go heavier next time for sure. really just wanted to test things out and see how my lower back felt during the workout and the next day.
sumo deadlifts
just a bunch o' speed reps with 315. was waiting to get yelled at for deadlifting since they have the big NO DEADLIFTING sign at our ultra hardcore gym lol but we got away with it. like craig says...the staff would actually have to know what a deadlift was to enforce the rule.

I love your stories. :) Whenever I get frustrated about my lack of progress or seeming, I will think about the future and how I'll look back at this time as my "building my base" time for my "peak" years... 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond. I'd be just as happy competing in bbing 20 years from now as I would be doing it now, if not more so. :)

i think i went about 10 years without doing a handstand. then we were in the lovely aerobics room at the rec center one day and they had all these plushy mats where i figured it would be acceptable if i busted my ass and whatnot so i did a few handstands and walkovers. it's fun...give it a try if you can find a cushy area!

kept everything real light...just wanted to work up to an opener since i'm so out of the groove and have had so few workouts in the shirt.
Overhead Press
just worked up to 135 which was teh easy even though i didn't bring my belt or OL shoes...i was squishing all over the place in my nike shox lol. i wish i could have gone heavy today cuz i think i might have hit something decent.
Shirt Bench
went up to 300 and absolutely destroyed it. i hope things feel that good in the meet!

It was a pleasure meeting you and Craig this weekend. Your bench was impressive! Between your bench, your great attitude, and your beauty it is easy to see why you are so popular. You deserve to be.:rose::rose::rose:
For those who have never seen her in person, she is even more beautiful in person than she is in her pictures. She is no prima donna either. When the bar is called loaded, she is right there ready to go, very focused and determined. An outstanding competitor!

Congrats on your meet!
3/15 meet report
was so nervous i almost threw up for probably 36 hours prior, the entire time warming up and the whole meet lol. you'd think i'd never lifted in a meet before but it had been a whole year and i didn't get a whole lot of training in with the shirt so i was a complete wreck.
warmups felt good....went up to 275 easy but i was still convinced that i would somehow bomb out or have some other fiasco once i got to the platform. poor craig for having to deal with my nerves...thanks baby!
opened with 303...i was utterly stunned that this went up no problem. seriously? i didn't somehow misgroove it, fail to lock it out, bust my ass on the way to the platform, etc. i actually made my opener? 3 whites? WOW! HUGE sigh of relief.
jumped to 325...this was the one i really wanted to hit. complete shock and awe that i made it! that was cool cuz it was a PR for this body weight as well as a "comeback PR" i had gone up to 330 in the gym but weird things occurred, so the most i had really done before the meet was 315.
went to 348? on my 3rd...totally solid attempt, just a bit too much for today. i was downright thrilled to just make it through the meet without getting hurt, bombing, or just having to struggle to make my opener!
considering i've been back benching a month i have no complaints. i wore the same rage x shirt from when i was a 165 but i'm working with inzer on dialing in some shirts for my new weight class...trying out some super phenoms too! perhaps with a fitted shirt and some more time in the gym i can add some pounds to my bench and lose some of the nerves LOL!

Wow! With a loose shirt, those lifts were almost raw! I can't wait to see what you lift with a tight shirt. :super: :bowdown::bowdown:
lol what's funny is i'll probably get an awesome, brand new, skin tight, perfectly fitted shirt and bench way less....equipment GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!! more than just a tighter shirt though i do want to start working with a belt to hold my shirt down. during my last workout on one of my lifts craig put a belt on me because he always notices how my shirt rides up into my neck and it really held things in place...until the weight touched and my shirt popped out from the belt (because i've cut my shirt into a short crop top so it won't be all bunched up and make me look fatter under my singlet lol) so i'm gonna start over with a smaller, full length shirt that will stay seated under a belt and see if that makes a difference too!
in retrospect...i'm also not going to take 3 attempts with a 92.5% weight the wednesday night before a saturday meet ever again lol. especially since i had just taken a max day on sunday. i went sunday....295, 315, 330...janky attempt. wednesday...275, 300, 300, 300. then the meet on saturday. probably not optimal lol. that may have contributed to me not being able to gind through my 3rd attempt at the meet. nice...i don't train heavy for a year and then bench over 90% 3 times within 7 days :tongue2:
Anytime baby, it's part of my job. It's in the contract ;)

hahahhaha you're so funny about the snack drawer! if it makes you feel any better it's rare that i get to any of it. craig has wicked insomnia and wakes up a few times a night and creeps into the kitchen....by the time i get to the snack drawer the next day all i see is wrappers on the counter and an empty glass of milk LOL!!! i've actually been known to hide a few cupcakes in a secure location for myself :whistler:

Or im just too tired to actually put them in the trash. One or the other.
And yes, Kara hides a portion of the snacks, in the bedroom of all places! I know where they are at, but she knows that i lack a certain level of thought clarity at 3am  Therefore those snacks are in the "safe zone". Rigged.
anafit supp update
i've just added sesapure back in the mix...woo hoo!!!
still rockin' the trex....i couldn't possibly love this stuff more. i've have ALWAYS responded very well to yohimbine and find it to be instrumental in weight loss/appetite control and the combination of all the ingredients in trex are freakishly synergistic making this stuff downright metabolism in a bottle!
neurogenex...really liking the effect this is having on my sleep! having SUPER vivid dreams and really remembering them which is cool. awesome focus in the gym and i felt great clarity at the meet too. this is hard to explain but often when i go heavy i feel like i just lose my sense of what's going on...i get very fired up and very nervous and that's when i make technical errors, etc. although i was PLENTY fired up and nervous, i was COMPELTELY aware of every movement i made....taking the handoff, bringing the weight down, touching, bringing it up. my form setup and form were right on every time, i was completely in control of the bar (anyone who has lifted in a bench shirt knows how easy it is to feel like you have no control over the weight) and just lifted. made two attempts, missed my third cuz it was too heavy...no huge technical flaws, no bar dumps, no awkwardness in the shirt, no spacing out. i had a definitive clarity that i've never had on the platform and it's the same feeling i've been experiencing lately in the gym which is why i'm attributing it to neurogenex.
red blast...oh yes this stuff is g00t! i only take it when i really need an extra kick for a workout and that it does!

Your technique looked flawless, nervous or not. You looked like you were high up on your traps, everything very tight, breathing was good etc. Craig got the bar all the way out to you and set it gently in your hands (effortlessly I might add!) and you brought it down with great control. Your arch, and set up in general, is amazing. The push up was right on, with no wash or dip anywhere.
I would never have guessed you had gone over 90% 3 times within the last week. I don't know whether to laugh or ask you "what were you thinking?":bowrofl::bowrofl::bowrofl:
And I'll switch out my waistline for your flawless skin TODAY! LOL! I didn't have skin like that when I was 16!

Oh and Ulter hides my Lindt truffles in our bedroom somewhere! I received TONS of them for Christmas presents and I handed them off for safe keeping so I won't binge on them.

No joke. I told my students before my Nov. birthday that I  Lindt truffles/chocolates.
O M G. :surprised:
I was bombarded. I was getting a package or 2 a DAY! And then for Christmas, I got two more bags from my Secret Santa -- and then ANOTHER 2 bags hanging on my door knob to my classroom from my co-worker.
Holy crap -- that's a ton of chocolate! And did I mention my gfs gave me a whole purse full of them as my birthday gift as well?! I can probably swim in them by now...
So I'd just bring them home, knowing I have zero control over chocolate when it's near me, handed over the bag(s) to Ulter and said, "Hide these from me."
He did... and now I want some chocolate... :evil[1]: But they're not gone yet!!! So it worked!

Are you kidding? LOL! She looks like she's about 16, and there she is standing beside a big, mean looking man. If you ever have to go in front of a judge and jury with her....well, we probably won't see you for a few years!!!
the aspirin mask
the aspirin mask is one of the most amazing things ever for skin! not just your face, but your hands, legs, anywhere!!! here is the site where i first heard of it and a link to over 1200 reviews. obviously no need to read them all lol but the first few will give you some variations on how to do it, etc. http://www.makeupalley.com/product/showreview.asp/ItemID=14129/Aspirin_Mask/Unlisted_Brand/Masks/
basically you just take about 4-6 uncoated generic aspirin tabs (another great this about this....it couldn't be cheaper!) and dampen them with water. crush 'em up...they'll really just crumble and i do it right in my hand. some people mix in a little honey, lotion, aloe vera, facial cleanser...all different kinds of things and they all work great as long as you have the aspirin! i haven't tried honey yet, but i've always used a little dab of lotion to help the aspirin from flaking off when it dries. mix everything together and it will form a paste and then just put it on your face like you would any mask. leave it on for 5-10 minutes...and then was off and use a circular motion like you're exfoliating. your skin will be so baby ass smooth you won't believe it and that's after just one treatment!!!
you can also use this method to spot treat a pimple or blemish! there are some youtube videos for both the full mask and the spot treatments. let me know if you have any questions...i know i probably didn't do a great job explaining. maybe craig can take a video for me lol!!!

beverly i absolutely adore you....you are HILARIOUS!!!! i'm literally red in the face laughing from this!!!!!
lol at saying i look 16...i need you around more often :) you wanna talk about someone looking wayyyyyyyyyyyy young....look in the mirror!! when you said you'd been judging over 20 years i was like  world record for the youngest person to ever get a judges card!

Then some ice cream before bed. This morning her breakfast consisted of Rice Krispies. Half Cocoa and Half Regular. Have you tried those? Delicious, but there isn't near the concentration of chocolate milk left as when they are cocoa krispies alone.
But anyway, she eats basically what i do just in much smaller quantities. I'm sure she'll come on here and clarify and stress that is wasn't always like that, but it is now. I think her body composition as it is right now allows for it. :poser:

Today is probably the closest thing to "I'm gonna eat what I want no matter what" that I've had in awhile: pizza, soup (I made the soup), and cinnamon sugar pita chips. Sounds innocent enough, but MAN I just walked through the grocery store, like, "I'm sick and I'm hungry!" :dinner:

Hamburger Helper!!! REALLY?! :imsorry: ;)
Oh yes! Big calories, and i need every one of 'em!
t-cake you're so sweet...i love your posts!!! i'm not really sure what has changed with my metabolism this past year as i have struggled with my weight my whole life...always on some diet and had huge swings on the scale. my highest was 185 for about 1.5 years when i was younger...then dieted down to about 138 but i had to eat TIGHT, do a ton of cardio, etc. to maintain and didn't stay there long. i eventually gained weight back and varied between 145 (when i was eating really clean but not doing cardio) and 170 ever since...most often being somewhere in the mid 150's. i pretty much gave up on my weight because i hate dieting, i'm awful at it, and somehow i end up losing muscle and being weak lol. i just end up in that in between phase where i don't have a great physique (smaller but not very lean/hard) AND i'm too weak to compete in PL or OL.
ever since craig and i got married i have slowly lost weight. at my heaviest last spring i was 168 and now i'm able to maintain in the mid 130's eating pretty much anything...just not too much of it. i'm seriously so amazed by this because i've spent my whole life battling with my weight, diets, etc. and don't quite understand why this happened. i'm older and i train less frequently (but more optimally)...i thought for sure i'd get fatter just because i was in the gym less. i keep getting on the scale every time just to "check" because i expect to have gained it all back or think it's a mistake or something lol.
i do cook for craig pretty much every day...meat, chicken, pasta, rice, etc. so i eat that in place of the fast food i used to eat almost daily lol...i'm sure that has contributed to the weight loss. i also eat much smaller portions now. i used to sit down with a pint of ben & jerry's as a serving size (isn't it? lol) and now the pint will last me at least 4 sittings. trex definitely helps me with appetite control. i used to go days at a time eating no protein at all (terrible i know) so i think now that i cook good meals for craig it's helped my appetite be more normal. i used to just gorge carbs all day long!
still though this is a weight that was always unattainable for me unless i was on a meticulous diet and doing cardio. so really there's only one other variable that makes sense since all this weight loss started when i got married and moved in with craig, especially since craig has gotten crazy lean too.....a lot of :cuddle: LOLLLLLLL!!!!
I'd love to see a whole day rolled out!!!!
hmmmm maybe i'll start posting a diet log too. would be interesting for me to see exactly what i eat in a day. i'll probably post it for like 3 days and get embarrassed and quit lol. for example it's 5:22pm. so far today all i've eaten is the aforementioned cereal and 4 pieces of gum. i'm about to go eat hamburger helper from last night and will follow that up with some s'mores ben&jerry's. i'm disgusting lol.

Well, Kara is going to post a couple of me, but don't say I didn't warn you...I take a LOUSY picture! I think it's some kind of genetic curse, my mom was the same way:pig:. I always look like I may be about to cry, and so did she.
And to make it even worse, I'm making my "debut" beside the very beautiful Kara.
I should have known Mrs. Croft would lay into me sooner or later :roflmao:.
And now Claire will know I look like a little weenie!LOL! Well, at least I had on high-heels!

Oh Lord, Kara....I look LIKE YOUR MOM!
Well, I console myself that anyone would be at a disadvantage standing next to you. It's not much of a consolation but it's all I've got, and I'll take it!
It's no wonder Craigs' eyes light up when he looks at you. I checked out some of your pictures on the net....you're a standout anywhere, both in your accomplishments and your beauty.
bev it's amazing you're able to be such a good powerlifting judge when your eyes are obviously so distorted...perhaps your eyesight only skews when it comes to viewing pics of yourself LOL!!!! you look incredible in the pics...a zillion times better in person! heck i didn't wanna stand next to you cuz i'm like twice as wide as you...when i'm at my thinnest :pig:
Well, Kara is going to post a couple of me, but don't say I didn't warn you...I take a LOUSY picture! I think it's some kind of genetic curse, my mom was the same way:pig:. I always look like I may be about to cry, and so did she.

LOL! That's not will power...it's DESPERATION!!!!!
Because I'm afraid of not being strong enough to stop once I start, I just do better to avoid it altogether. I promise you, if I could have your looks while eating icecream...there would be an icecream shortage pretty damn quick.:partydots:I saw the pictures of you in a tanktop.
I'd love to see your food, Kara. And though your choices aren't the grandest, it doesn't sound like you eat that much calorically. :)
yup you're exactly right t-cake...i'm not taking in anywhere near the calories i used to! yesterday really isn't typical though...i usually eat a good bit more than that, particularly on training days. but when i was at my heavier bodyweights it wasn't uncommon for me to take in 3000-4000 calories a day between mcdonalds & wendys, a pint or two of ben & jerry's, 1/2-3/4 of an 11oz bag of almond m&m's, king sized snickers bars, etc. it's amazing how fast the calories add up eating like that...and you (well *i* lol) never get full eating ice cream or chocolate! now i try to eat rice, ground beef, cheese, etc. first so i'm full at a fraction of the calories...much better calories too, obviously. a lot of times i don't even want anything sweet afterward and if i do i'm too full to eat very much. i know this is common sense stuff but all my life i had a WICKED sweet tooth i just could not shake and absolutely 0 will power! i still like sweets of course but it's become completely controllable and i can eat them in moderation now...knock on wood!

I have a crazy sweet-tooth too. :eek3:
When I used to binge eat when I was bigger and trying to diet down (pre-Anafit/Ulter times), I'd stop at a CVS, buy 5 candy bars, some cookies and then grab a meal at McDonald's (with an extra McChicken sandwich on the side) on the way back to my apt.
I'd then sit and eat in solitude. :(
Sad, but true... I was a pig then, but at least I know what I eat now is real food (like Ben and Jerry's is wayyyyy higher quality, IMO, than some of this sugar-free, fat-free junk out there that is secretly loaded with sugar).
Anyhoo... :topic: I love food too!!!! :pig:
Chubby hubby is the best. And I don't have to share because my kids and hubby don't like the pretzels :)
That rules!!!
It's my favorite too!!! :dinner: I love it!!! And you're a smart woman for thinking of sharing potential. Gotta think like that to survive in a house full of hungry mouths. ;)
Thanks! I workout alot

Hilarious!
And Bev, I so remember you now! It's awesome to finally put a face with a name -- I remember seeing you and Mike in Daytona last year at Ray's meet but pics are better. ;) Not too many supa-hot female judges out there :) I'm jealous of your hair :(

OMG WHATEVER!!! you are so silly you crack me up!!!! you have THE most distorted image of what you look like ever...it's hilarious! although it is refreshing to hear someone as beautiful as yourself be so modest, you really have no idea how unbelievably great you look!

I'm going to have a head the size of a bowling ball if I keep listening to y'all:roflmao:.
I DO cheat sometime. I always regret it, but apparently not enough to not do it again!!! Sometimes I have a head like a rock. (This would be where Mike jumps in and starts nodding his head in agreement:lol:)
Sweets are my arch-enemy. If I stay away from them I'm fine...but shame on me if I give in. Then I'm sick with what feels like a hangover for the next two days along with having the THIGHS FROM HELL that suck up any and all extra fat within 40 feet of me.
Kara, I'm an expert on lighting...and you don't need it. Your hair is glossy, your skin glows, and you have a smile like a toothepaste model. If you weren't so damned nice I could:hammersmash:lol!
And T-Cake, you REALLY have a distorted image of yourself...holy cow girl, take a look at your pictures. Pretend you've never seen that girl before and look at her objectively...you're beautiful!

Please bring me a Snack Radar for Christmas this year.
I've been a good girl... but I can't promise I will be if you bring me the Snack Radar... but I'm willing to take the gamble.
I left you some cookies and 2% milk to enjoy on the table. Please eat whatever is left once I binge... I mean, inhale... I mean, eat... them when I set this pen down.
