Default 20 worst foods in america

Worst Food In America - AOL Body

You'll be surprised which resturant and what food came in the top spot with a whopping 182grams of fat and 240grams of carbs! It's insane to look at some of the things i's legal for these stores to sell to people to eat...heart attack on a platter is what I'd call 'em!

I will go out on a limb and say that a person who eats the foods on the above list (except the steak ), is harming their body more than a heroin addict. No difference b/w the people.

Agreed. I mean, WAY more people have died from steroid use and ephedra use than obesity-related diseases!!

At the same time, it's freedom of choice. These companies also put up their nutrition facts so you can be more informed.

I just wish they'd figure out tasty doesn't have to be fatty/sugary.

Good post. I cant remember the last time I ate crap like that. It's rare but even my cheat meals are healthier then that crap. Quiznos was a big shock as well... I Also just read that one of their chicken salads was actually 1100 cals and 100grams of fat!!!

I've eaten lots of the foods on that list, and I'll continue to do so. Just one of the many pluses of perpetually bulking

The problem for me and many others isn't the worst foods, it's the quantity. I am a bulk eater. There was a time I'd pull to a drive thru, let's say for example McD's, and the order would go something like this:

One QPC w/ cheese, super sized w/ the fries and drink.
20 piece nuggets w/ sweet and sour sauce (and extra for the fries)
2 chicken fajitas (they are so damn small)
and then round it out with a couple dollar menu items like 1 mcchicken, 1 cheeseburger no pickles, 1 mozzerella sticks
and the maybe a dessert item like 1 sundae w/ caramel or strawberry syrup (this was the pre-McFlurry era)

I think if you stick to one or even two normal sized "junk" meals a week, there's no reason you can't enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Just stay away from the damn accessories!!

Those Outback Aussie Cheese fries with Ranch dressing are the bomb!

I forgot about those actually....hmmmmmm

Unless somebody is hardcore dieting or following a ketogenic diet of sort, they really have nothing to worry about with an occasional meal like that. If a person is worried about an occasional fatty dinner meal every now and then, because they are overweight, they have other issues imo.

When I go out with friends to eat at a restaurant, I order for taste, no matter how unhealthy.

You should have seen my plate at Sassy's post-show meal....lol. Heck, even Killer too

And according to calorieking.com ?

2900 calories, 182g fat, 240g carbs, 75g protein

Way tastier than a weight gain shake though.

Agreed. Being able to eat a ton without turning into a complete slob is pretty much my favorite part of lifting weights.

No American Corporation would lie about this stuff. Clearly your story isn't checking out. Are you trying to tell me that you don't all wear bright blue and purple safari suits and eat aussie fries every day washed down with Foster's???
