....how strong my three year old son is. This morning when he was getting dressed he grabbed his hamper full of clothes and brought it out to say it was getting full. I grabbed my phone and snapped a pic. It is blury, but dang...that kid amazes me. He is the size of a 5 yr old an strong as can be.

You aint the only one. I caught myself looking at a couple of women in the gym yesterday like I was a famished lion, and they were 2 raw steaks... in spandex.

must be something in the air....i was on the treadmill last night and the girl in front of me was joggin in some tight ass pants....almost went over there and punched her right in the baby maker and said "excuse me but i'm trying to get my daily cardio session in here!!"

I so feel you man... the bikes. elips and stair steppers are all behind the treadmills by a good 10 feet, with the TV's above them. And I only ride the bike for cardio pretty much... so as soon as a hottie gets on the treadmill (with mirrors all in front so you can see both the back and the front of them) I get totally distracted. Next thing I know im peddling at 1/5th the speed I should and Im like SHIT! And start peddlin like im tryin to win the Tour De France in the last stage.

i think gyms set the cardio stations up that way specifically for that exact reason.
