So no one is left out, lets go ahead and put up a best lifts post here for raw only lifts. I know not everyone is into powerlifting, and the gear costs quite a bit, so everyone and anyone can post their best lifts here and get added to the list. A picture or video would be great, but we'll mostly be taking you at your word... disputes will be settled privately through PMs, so keep the trolling out of here.

Belts, knee wraps/sleeves, elbow wraps/sleeves and wrist wraps are all ok!

I would love to see both men and women post here, so reply with your best and I'll add it in. I added my best raw in as a start.

Thanks - back is by far and away my favorite day, and I am pretty d_mn happy with that improvement. Chest is back to a little less than it was about 1.5 ago....but I am happy, its the most I have been able to press without pain since then!

I did 435 on the bench about two months ago, and hurt myself about a week later. I took off about six weeks, and came back and did 405 for a single, pretty easy too. I love gear.

My record for bench is 280lbs with my 105lb wife spotting me :)
And that was after trying 265lbs, which went really easy. I'm sorry to say that I can bench more than I can squat :(

I think I can do more, but will not try it until I can get my brother to spot me. I'd like to get 300 by the end of April.

I'm 5'10" and 178lbs.

We used to have a meet-only PRs thread but it was lost.

This thread is really for unequipped gym lifts so that non-competing members can shout up, although wraps, sleeves, belts are okay.

If those were comp lifts did they include more gear than belts wraps and sleeves ? It is BW's call since the PL list is no longer around, but this list was orginally strictly belts/wraps/sleeves.

Those lifts are all done with as much gear on as my federation legally allows!! I am a true GEAR WHORE!! So transfer away if you need to do so. The squat was done in double canvas suit, double poly briefs, belts and wraps. The bench was in a single ply Katana with belt and wraps. The deadlift was in a single ply denim deadlift suit with belt.

Gym lifts would be:
Bench- 425 lbs.
Squat- 600 lbs.
Deadlift- 550 lbs.

Well, I have never maxed out on Squat or deads, only bench. I have not gone heavy in years either, but I can post up what I know for sure i've done.....but not necessarily at this time:(

Squats: 500-lbs for a few reps (Dickie shorts and a T-shirt/hat)

Bench: 430-lbs x 1; and 405-lbs for 3. (Probably Dickie Shorts and t-shirt/hat)

Deads: I know i've done 405/410-lbs for sure (Dickie Shorts and T-shirt/hat)

Squat... nothing yet since I can't hold the bar well enough. Can't remember my best pre-surgery (RB?)
Bench... 205 lb.
Deads... 325 lb. (could have done about 350 if the shoulder wasn't starting to ache)

A L, I just posted them on the powerlifting thread but they are as follows:
squat:954, bench: 777, and Deadlift: 710. I think GHM even posted a link to some video if you'd like to check it out.

I do train Westside, so there have technically been bigger lifts in the gym if you include the use of bands, chains etc... Heaviest squat would have been 615 + blues, greens and purples(est. 1075 at the top). I've done 835 for a triple on a 5 Board Press. Best floor press is 545, Best Rack pull below the knees is 805 and best above is 865. Heaviest Good Morning is 745. I use a variety of movements in my training and keep personal records of all of them.

Have been lifting heavy nowadays with less emphasis on muscle mass and more on functionality. Basically it's all been Oly Lifting and Crossfit since March.

I'm pretty much done with Bodybuilding for the moment.

Best I've done, haven't really dont a lot of 1 rep ME stuff.

Squat - 405 x 2
DL - 365 x 4
Bench - 265 x 1 - Don't EVER do BB bech, KILLS my shoulders. I can do DB bench just fine, wish my gym had DB's heavier than 100(can do for 6-7 reps a set) so I could see what I could do.

I'm hoping I could pull 405 x 1 ME.

Not sure how those numbers are, I'm natty and weigh about 195 or so, mostly hypertrophy training.

Don't use a belt and all natty.

I was beginning to think I'd never be visiting this thread again to submit an entry. After almost a year of patchy training, I've finally gotten in a solid month and went for a fresh PR on squat.

14" Box Squat - 192.5Kg - 424 lbs.

This was just after a PR triple, which is what I'd been planning to try for on the workout. It went easier than expected so I decided to try for a PR single. My back is telling me that I might regret it tomorrow.


Update 7th Dec 2008: My back is still regretting it. I've now decided not to attempt any squats until next year. It was good to get the PR but I could have grabbed it the following session without taking two months off to recover.

I am sorry to hear that. Maybe get a hip belt in the meantime? You may have to stand on blocks to get any depth and getting into position can be tough with any weight whatsoever.

These past few weeks I've been doing only Safety Bar and Fronts and my back feels good since I have to stay upright.

Well, I know I couldn't hit any of mine right now. I'm getting back in the region of my top bench, though.

I thought about doing front squats or Zerchers for a few weeks. I think a complete break from squats is the sensible move, though. I've repeatedly tried doing light weight and then moving up a little. It feels fine and then the next session another warmup will take me out. I'm just going to stop aggravating it. Nothing ballistic; no pulls involving back extension and no squats. I might even work my biceps for a while, even though it's the wrong month for it, and see what January brings.

FYI, I last night at 7:30 I landed 630lbs x2. I have hit 625 for 2 a few times but they were box squats. Last night I went deep into it. Probably a little below par. When I got to the top I was stoked for number 2. The second one came up a little better than the 1st and the 3rd attempt I stalled a little over half way up. No biggie. I will get it next time.

This are totals from 2003 I don't max freesh, I alwas do acouple of warm ups and four sets of the exersize and then rest 5 min or just marimid up doing doubles to singles then my single best. I use no equipment just chaulk.

I likr to go heavy and do a lot of compound moves but I alwas felt going straight in warming up and going for a single best was not worth it to get 5-10 extra pounds and risk hurting myself

From 2/27/09, 5 plates on an inverted leg press for 10 - basically lying on the floor under the Smith bar and using the bar as the sled. And after several sets.

smith leg press: 225/20 315/20 405/20 495/10 -> 405/15 (PR!!)

I had my first Deadlift/Bench meet yesterday. I was in the pull only. I pulled 450 to open PR. 2nd & 3rd were 500. 2nd attempted I stalled and couldn't lock. 3rd attempt I thought I had it, but the judge (who was standing behind me) said I didnt.

So new DL PR is 450

110kg x 20 reps squatting yesterday. Pretty happy with this. I like front squatting for 5 reps with the same weight I'm going back squat for 20, makes it feel lighter taking it off the rack.

I don't do 1 RM's anymore, but this past winter was doing 6 sets of 12 squats with 495 to parallel(that's thigh, not ham parallel). Just did 6 sets of 6 with 315 on bench this past Monday(7/27). Haven't done deads in a while, so not sure. Not too bad for an old man I guess, especially since I'm almost 40, 5'8" and 195 lbs. :D

My all time high bench press, embarassingly, is 250 pounds. With no spot by the way, which I would never try again. Oh yeah I was also on D-bol, arimidex and test. That cycle was the only time in my life I felt "strong", at least for me. The weight had an almost a liquid feeling as though it really wasn't 250. It was kind of like hitting a baseball right on the sweet spot of the bat. Lifting while on just feels different. Has anyone else had the same experience?
I can't do squats or deadlift anymore due to 4 knee surgeries including total reconstruction of my left ACL in 1991 and my right ACL in 2000.

I finally have a benchmark to post in this thread.

It's been a while but I finally got 315 x 1 squat today.

I know it's not a lot compared to some here, but last year when I started lifting I couldn't even squat 200lbs, 3 plates was a goal.

I am a natural lifter, no supplements except for pre and post workout shake. I simply train Madcow 5 x 5 making small changes as I hit plateaus.

OK, down a few pounds on the lift due to a surgery (ruptured disc C6-C7), but 6 weeks post op I pressed 355 (did this in Jan, prolly could press more now, but not going to- have a comp in August - goals man, goals!), nice slow and controlled, didn't wanted to try more. But that's the first time in a while I tried for a 1 RM. So put her down BSG! :)

ok SOOOOO I have been MIA On here as of late... I moved into my own lil place with an acre of land on lake lanier... sooooooooooo love my new lil life my dogs are happy i am going crazy happpy at gym at work and at my new thing i am doing called WIN WIN food plans i am planning and making pre portioned foods for people wih diff goals.. its sooo fun and taking off Anyway in the mix for the last 3 weeks straight i have done something on flat bench i never thought i could... i have a great spotter however i have consistantly done a 225lb bench press for 2 or more times and two or more sets... i am soooo having fun playing.. anyway i wanted to check in i hope all is well here

My numbers NOW would likely be significantly less since I've dropped about 80 pounds since these numbers. Not going to max out any time soon and I'm kind of scare at how weak I might be now. Yikes.
