Default Ephedrine/caffeine VS amphetamine

Which would be worse to take, in terms of catabolizing muscle and other health issues: 100mg ephedrine with 600mg caffeine OR 100mg amphetamine? The first one is obviously a high dose of EC and the second a low dose of speed.

I don't know much about amphetamines even though I have a prescription for one. (adderall)

I do know this though. They are very addictive and should be taken with utmost care. They will burn weight off you like no ones business...and I say weight because since you will have no appetite whatsoever you probably won't be able to maintain much muscle.

FS seems to be the amphetamine guru so I would wait for his response.

Please don't take amphetamines unless you are under direct medical supervision (as in Caligula's case). Please don't. That's all I have to say.

Amphetamines are generally bigger than we are. I agree with Coroner here. I don't really believe that the psyche that requires amphetamines to assist in dieting is capable of handling the addiction. Crystal truly sucks. Most of you on this board know that I do a wide array of drugs, still, and I realize that this is frowned upon. However, I think we can all agree that there are some drugs that really have no positive effects at all. Among them are crack, crystal meth and PCP. I have tried several times to 'look at the problem logically', so to speak...when I was addicted. (I was never addicted to PCP, in fact, I only did it once.) I can tell you from a qualified perspective that you have a one hundred percent chance of losing everything you have right now if you start up on crack or crystal meth. It only takes once with these drugs, if you get the real deal. So let me reiterate my position on this: STAY AWAY FROM METH AND CRACK. THEY WILL DESTROY YOU.

YOu dont want to be a crack back do ya?! You always see those fuckers on the bus talking to themselves. And...I swear to god...they are always wearing clothes covered in paint! If you live out here in California, you know exactly what I'm talking about.

Even DNP would be much more productive...

FS hit right, you'll lose everything/everyone/ and your mind will be so gone that you wont even remain the same person...

?!?!?!?!?!?

true amphetamines (not crystal) are rather catabolic and usually quite hard on the CNS. Not that they may not have their place but they are a poor choice for maintaining mass while dieting/cutting.. though they do tend to annihilate your appetite (it varies)

Thanks Macro. That's the kind of answer I was looking for. Yes, I know about addiction etc, was just wondering how it compares to a high dose of ephedrine/caffeine. Is EC as catabolic as amphetamine, when the dose is high enough?

I always thought EC has muscle sparing effects?

I dont understand the fascination with amphetamines, if I were a rec drug addict, I'd go for the downers, I love to relax.....got enuf stress in my life, heheh

Default What about adderall?

I was just recently precribed adderall for continuing ADHD from my childhood. I know it has pretty much killed my appetite as far as that goes, though I do pretty good at force feeding myself. Since adderall is amphetamine salts, is it catabolic to muscle tissue?

Default NOOOOOOOOOO

Ok, now I am in a huge dilema. Its either bodybuilding or doing well in school, and I have to choose school. Right now I am not too worried since I am 3 weeks into my cycle. I can force feed myself. That will take me to the end of the school year. After that I guess I can make decisions from there.
