Hey. Need a little help.

I got the AIFM and yohim kit, but I notice that on the instruction page that comes with it, it doesn't have chest as a spot you can apply it to. Why? Applying it to your wrist or something will effect chest? I'm confused.

Also, it says to exfoliate before you apply, how do you do that? Can you do it with normal stuff, or do you need to get some special thing?

while chest is not listed you can apply AIFM there. Anywhere you apply it will have a systemic effect, there is some additional local effect (which is why people apply directly to gyno/puffy nipples.

exfoliate with a body scrub, loofah or even a wash cloth (the former two are generally better for removing dead skin, which interferes with uptake). You can usually get one of those cheap mesh loofahs for a buck (its like a mesh lathering sponge). Shaving does exfoliate, if you shave close.

Where it says all the spots you can apply it to.. are you supposed to just pick one? or do you apply it to all of them?

And I have one of those meshy loofahs, but what do you do with it? How is it different from just washing yourself normally? do you have to scrub harder? or what? Cause I use the loofah on a normal basis

LOL, just get some soap on your loofah and scrub with it, i usually scrub like I am dirty as hell.
Use one application site at a time and not the same spot twice in a row...........

just use "Lava" brand soap if the loofah thing is kicking your ass and making you feel gay.

You don't apply to all the spots on the sheet, they're just listed to let you know the spots that are recommended to use. I've always done my chest and that's it, but some rotate because of irritation. I don't get that problem.

I'd usually do it in a couple places only when applying, maybe on the inside of each forearm, or each pec, or the tops of each feet.

Exfoliating is basically scrubbing the area you're applying to a little harder with soap and water and making sure you get all the body oils off so the AIFM can sink in. I use a loofa when showering anyways.

Oh, sorry my post is in reference to AIFM only.
When I use YES I just use shins or wrists for AIFM and rub the YES liberrally across chest and abs.
I am however awaiting my SCUBA gear so I can start rubbing YES on my face as my new aftershave!

Does this manboob kit work for puffy nipple with hard disc underneath? I don't really have much if any fat underneath or around.

I'm taking npp 150/test prop 150 EOD, 40mg Var ED along with Letro 2.5 ed and nolva 40ed. The nipps seem to be more inflamed at times than others. I'm not sure what's working and what's not at this point. I've been reading night and day on this, hope someone can help.

Stop taking the Nolva, it's making it worse because you're using NPP.
Pick up some cabaser.

Just purchased the man boob kit along with some cabaser and am now anxiously waiting to get this little experiment under way. Really hope this stuff gets rid of the dense tissue/ fat/ puffed nips. However, I use liquid minoxidil (basically rogaine) on my receding hair line and I am worried that the AIFM and cabaser will screw with my DHT. Is there any reason for concern here?
