There is no problem going up if you have a tollerance for it. Some people can use 10/day. Some can't use more than one.

really depends on individual tolerance, generally would say not to exceed 4 caps in a 4 hour period. There are people that take 3-4 caps 3 times a day as well as people that take 2-3 caps 4 times a day (reasonably spaced out).
Generally most people dont go over 6 caps, with quite a few people just taking 1-4 caps per day max. its just like anything, individual tolerance and metabolism of actives (both stims and other ingredients) can vary significantly. |

Thought i'd just bring this thread back up instead of starting a new one ..... just finished clen which means today is T-rex day ... gonna be starting it today at double doses ..... I am actually excited about starting it , which is not normal for me because because this country has made me negative towards OTC supps . This will be the first time in years i have had OTC supps that are actually effective . Stay tuned in for updates over the next few weeks . At 77kgs right now will be fighting at 70kgs in 5 weeks . Want most of that off in the next 3 weeks though .

Ugh... after a contest prep back in 2000 where I was uberloading a homebuilt ECA stack, I'm just not interested in seeing how far I can push it w/ any thermos anymore. I used pop the stack when I left work, hit the highway for a straight shot south to my trainer's gym. By the time I hit the offramp about 20 min later I'd be vibrating. Ultimately I burnt out on it. Granted t-rex is a much more forgiving thermo than ephedrine, I just don't do well w/ stims much anymore.
Good luck but give consideration to the quality of your sleep & stress on your body and let your diet be your first line of driving change. |
