sesapure - does this need to be taken regularly to have an effect or can it be effective when used only before junk food i.e. once a week for your cheat meal?
glucorell will this serve any purpose when consuming low GI carbs such as brown rice, oatmeal etc? what are recommended doses purely for its antioxidant effects? |

Sesapure can be used for overeating. But it works when you're dieting as well.
Yes, it works for low GI carbs but most people don't have a problem with that. Those that have a "carb problem" use it for either carb source. 1 twice a day is what people use for antioxidant effects. I use 1 3 times a day

sesapure can be used only for cheats. But you would be for going the benefits the rest of the time (for some people these can be pretty significant)
Glucorell provides benefits even with low GI carbs, particularly when overeating them as well as when the other components of the meal may blunt insulin sensitivity or enhance/modulate the insulin spike. Its effects are modulatory and it still can provide significant benefits when carbs are complex, still mitigating uptake and storage. Especially in persons with insulin sensitivity issues. Typically you can use a higher ratio of carbs to glucorell when the carbs are complex or in a highly insulin sensitive state (ie post workout) |

You mean "wouldn't be going for benefits" in the sesapure reply right?
