Caffeine equivalent

Got my AF order today.. Yay! I'm curious so I don't overdo it with the caffeine... What would be the "approx" equivalent of total caffeine in one Trex capsule and also in one Cardio Breeze capsule???? ..as compared to a 200mg generic Vivrin tablet..
I sometimes sip on coffee as well as pop a 200mg caffeine tab before conditioning or cardio and do not want to overdo it now that I'm adding Trex and CB to the daily regimn.

about 100mg per capsule for both.

for caffiene tolerant, 200-300mg per 4 hours is not unreasonable.
