Default Sesapure fat grams

I am on a macro diet and wanted to sub in some sesapure for my fat in a meal, how many pills to make 1g of fat or how many grams of fat in 1 pill?

no I'm thinking of sesamin oil...is that what sesapure is made from? when I used to buy it from nutraplanet it was 9 cals per 1.25 ml....also if it is under a certain amount of cals per serving size you dont have to list the cals...

Sesame oil extract is a considerably cheaper raw material, it also has a different sesame lignan profile with significantly less episesamin (the most potent lignan and PPAR agonist). Sesamin used in research is always from cake extract and dry basis, because this provides the most effective and potent isomers. Oil extraction/suspension/saturation also negatively impacts uptake and metabolism profile, though since its considerably more profitable that seems to be what people selling it care about.
