Ouu I use them together.

Cardio Breeze is my fat burner/ stim and RedBlast is my NO product.

I add Purecee with that stack as well.

Hey Bunny! Thank you.. I'm already on Beta alanine and the whole reason for my order was to give the pureCEE a shot but I thought I'd throw in some extra goodies to see if it helps my MMA training (stand up/cardio, endurance, etc.) at all. I'm not really concerened with getting a NO booster this month so maybe cardiobreeze is a better chioce, for now??? I'm also thinking about giving the Trex a shot since lately EC stacks have been screwing with my sleep patterns when taking them daily. Does trex mess w/your sleep??

Trex is too strong for me and I don't 'feel' it as much as I get the uppity feeling from Cardio Breeze. If you want to train on an empty stomach opt for the CB.

I wouldn't take each after 3pm if you want to go to bed before 11 ish.

I've been ok with taking it around 5, but test out which works for you.

This is totally based on the person but both use a different pathway than EC so You never really have to cycle off it.

Maybe some of the other MMA guys can jump in on the benefits from the RB? I can say, I do think it may help with some of the intense training you do, but I'm not sure... Guys?

I prefer Cardio Breeze to Trex, esp when it comes to energy.

Ya, see the majority of MMA training is at 630-7pm to like 9pm. I'd interested to see how others are affected as well..

From taking CB and Trex. For me it was Cardio Breeze all the way JayC. I really never felt much at all from Trex. The cardio breeze did help with my stand up/cardio, endurance, etc and gave me energy.

Red Blast, I use pre weights workout but don't feel it really do much for me if I took it before BJJ/MMA.

Thats about the same time I typically do my weight workouts as well, so I just try to have it in by 5:00 p.m. or so on workout days. I say go with both though, its a nice stack!

Plus you can use Cardio Breeze at any point, but really works great for those mornings where you are dragging @$$... shoot it used to get me up at 5 a.m. to hit a 6:00 a.m. spin class

How does cardio breeze or redblast stack up against the EC stack?

They are completely different supplements designs. EC is pure stimulant that readily crosses the blood brain barrier and jacks up your CNS.
Red Blast increases your mental focus, NO/creatine levels. So it's designed to help you grow faster and train better. Beta Alanine inhibits lactic acid build up so you have more endurance. Cardio Breeze increases your energy levels, your cardio capacity, and your mental focus.
