Default Sesapure/Glucorell

Can you please explain to me these products, and why/how they are taken together? Is it optimal to take both?

Sesapure: The PPAR is a receptor that controls sugar and fat metabolism. If you can control the PPAR you can practically cure obesity. As a result many drug companies are working on it. While they search for a patentable answer, use Sesapure. Sesapure is a PPAR agonist. It makes the PPAR waste calories rather than storing them as fat. You'll likely take an extra trip to the bathroom every day. T-Cake refers to it as the Sesapoo phenomenon. It also helps your liver process alcohol faster by aiding the enzymes that break it down. The result is no hangover for most people. Take 1-2 between meals. You can take it with meals but it may kill your appetite doing that. So you'll sit down to eat and not want to.
Glucorell: It increases the activity in your muscle cell's power plant. That makes the muscles take in more glucose because they can process the carbs (glucose) more efficiently. That drops your insulin levels and limits the spike you get from carbs. Insulin signals your body to stop burning fat. So you don't want it at high levels in your blood.
Take 1-2 before eating.

Together you have a perfect fat loss environment. Lowering your insulin levels, processing carbs better, and limiting your extra calories from being stored as fat.

Yes, I will typically take them both just before eating. Unless I am out and paying a lot of money for my meal. Because there is a chance the Sesapure can kill my appetite, and that's happened, I will skip it and take it later.

If I'm only having non-veggie type carbs at three of my meals, should I take gluc before them? I'm guessing I shouldn't take gluc before..say...4 oz of chicken and 10 spears of asparagus, but should take it before the 4 oz sweet potato and 4 oz chicken and 10 spears asparagus. Yes, no?

(I should know all this by now, shouldn't I?)

Right. It will still be active by the time you eat the next meal anyway.

yes, from my knowledge, i think gluc should be used with more of the high glycemic carbs. the "good carbs".........asparagus, spiinach, lettuce, broccoli (mostly green) really don't call for gluc supplementation, but starchy carbs such as rice, pasta, potatoes, god forbid bread, etc. do..........is that right ulter??

now i'm craving a piece of warm bread with some honey butter..............yeah right!!!

It's effects are more pronounced and it's more necessary for high GI carbs, but a lot of people have a problem with carbs no matter what the source. So it's very individual.

Thanks all for posting, I ordered the seas but not the gluc. Should I order the gluc? My goals are to still gain, although I really dont wanna obviously gain much fat (who does i know?) After a 2 week vaca in FL with no working out/eating shit every day/drinking I feel like a pile of sh*t. I feel like any simple carbs I eat/drink go STRAIGHT to my stomach. And that makes me so uncomfortable.

if carbs are your primary issue then glucorell would be advisable.

with respect to carb intake... HIGHLY reccomend avoiding high fructose corn syrup, limiting sugar/sucrose and limiting fructose (especially if not in whole fruits)
