Default Anafit Ezine Vol 6 Training with NO/CEE

The Anafit E-Zine Newsletter Ed1.vol 6
Training on a Nitric Oxide Product
RED Blast

When we work out we have a specific goal in mind. Some people desire strength, some would like more mass and others just want to get lean. Regardless of athletic ability, we all want to be able to focus on our workout, get stronger, train with stamina and, of course, feel a great pump. A nitric oxide booster, such as Red Blast from Anafit, helps in all these areas.

Creatine Ethyl Ester
The first thing I would like to speak about is creatine, which is in most nitric oxide products. Many people who train in the gym probably have heard of or even used creatine monohydrate powder. Creatine helps the body gain strength and anaerobic endurance by altering the body’s ADP (adenosine di-phosophate). While performing anaerobic exercise, the creatine in the body will add an additional phosphate group to existing ADP to help generate ATP (adenosine tri-phosphate). This is important to strength and endurance gains because ATP is the chemical energy the human body uses to ignite chemical reactions, including those that repair and build muscle cells.
Who wouldn’t enjoy those benefits in a workout?
The main problem with creatine monohydrate powder is that it easily degrades to the worthless creatinine metabolite. Many people get gastrointestinal discomfort due to the conversion of creatine to creatinine in the gut and end up in the bathroom feeling very uncomfortable. Another problem with it is bloat over top muscle and underneath the skin also caused by the creatinine metabolite. This water bloat lends a puffy appearance and is not very good for blood pressure. It’s easy to see from these two side-effects why creatine monohydrate powder, in the past, obtained a negative reputation.
Enter CEE (Creatine Ethyl Ester.) (Note: An ester is a one-word term for an alcohol and acid bound together.) CEE is a form of creatine that solves the above problems. CEE is very bioavailable, meaning it is not degraded to creatinine, and it can be absorbed by the body easily. This form of creatine will not cause GI discomfort and will not create the bloat that is standard with monohydrate.
What does the ethyl ester (EE) group attached to the creatine do? First, it significantly decreases the rate of chemical breakdown to the creatinine metabolite, the aforementioned “worthless” version of creatine. Second, it increases the lipid solubility of the creatine. This is very important because most cells in the body have something on the outside of them called the cell wall. The cell wall is composed of something that is called a phospholipid bilayer. This bilayer is made up of two parts: 1.The polar head (It likes water) 2.The lipid (fats) tale (It does not like water).
This bilayer is what regulates what comes enters and exits the cell, similar to a security guard. When using standard creatine, the lipid part does not like to allow the creatine inside of the cell and the creatine does not easily enter the blood stream. Therefore, it remains left out of the cell and is broken down in the intestines.
CEE, on the other hand, protects the creatine from degradation to creatinine and, at the same time, increases the speed of the creatine being absorbed by the lipid side of the cell wall. The lipids will allow CEE to enter the cell, so not only does the cell approve of the CEE form, but this increase of uptake also minimizes conversion to the “worthless” creatinine metabolite. Due to the increased uptake of “undamaged” creatine that CEE provides, strength gains are sometimes noticeable the first time using Red Blast, whose main ingredient is CEE.

Vasodilation
The main reason people started using nitric oxide boosters, such as Red Blast, in the first place is due to increased pumps. “Pumps”, meaning blood-pumping, refer to the pressurized feeling one gets in a muscle group during weight training.
The pumps in a given muscle group feel more prominent because of a process called vasodilation.
Vasodilation is simply the opening up of blood vessels. When the smooth muscle of the blood vessels open up, they allow more blood flow to the muscle. At the same time, waste product in the blood is removed at a faster rate as well. It is a great feeling the first time this is experienced first-hand.
How does vasodilation occur with Red Blast? Arginine and Ornithine are two amino acids that increase vasodilatation. They work together (synergistically) to accomplish this. The problem with most nitric oxide products is that they use standard Arginine and Ornithine which are not absorbed too well. Red Blast solves this problem by using Arginine ethyl ester (AEE) and Ornithine ethyl ester (OEE). Does the ethyl ester (EE) sound familiar? It’s the same thing bound to the creatine to make it work better and it does the same thing for the Arginine and Ornithine.
Red Blast goes a step further by adding Norvaline to inhibit the breakdown of Arginine. Usually when an amino acid, such as Arginine, is no longer useful to the body, it will release an enzyme that breaks the amino acid down and makes it nonfunctional. Norvaline stops this enzyme (Arginase), which breaks down arginine. This means arginine will stay active in the body longer and at a higher concentration than normal.

Increased Endurance
In order to get a productive workout, an athlete has to train hard by applying the proper stimulation to the muscles for a certain length of time. This is called the “super compensation effect”. By making the body work harder than usual, it will be forced to adapt to the new intensity level, and it will become stronger and faster.
However, what happens when you are tired? Undernourished? Stressed out from work or family? Where do we find
the energy to sustain such a high-intensity workout when we are feeling fatigued? Enter Methylxanthines.
Methylxanthines stimulate the central nervous system (CNS) and aid in bronchiodilation (opening up) of the lungs. Methylxanthines also aid in the vasodilation of blood vessels, just like the aforementioned Arginine and Ornithine do.
Caffeine is a type of Methylxanthine. It increases levels of adrenaline and epinephrine, which are the hormones that get released during a situation that requires extreme exertion of energy. Many truck drivers have used Methylxanthines, such as the caffeine in coffee, to fight off the effects of fatigue. Interesting enough, Black tea, unlike coffee, does not have caffeine but it does have a structurally similar Methylxanthine and will increase stamina as well.
How do these Methylxanthines help the CNS? When the central nervous system (CNS) is stimulated, the ability of the body to force muscular contraction is increased. It is hypothesized that Methylxanthines keep the calcium channels open longer in these muscles. Calcium is responsible for muscular contraction and having more available is a good thing when we are trying to stave off the effects of muscular fatigue.
Red Blast brings unique Methylxanthines to your workout. When fatigue is part of the daily routine, let unique combination of Methylxanthines of RED BLAST reinvigorate your stamina. By opening up the calcium channels in your muscles and allowing more calcium to enter them, muscular contraction becomes easier. Your workouts become more efficient: less energy used toward maximum performance.
Increased Focus and Brain function
When we train we have a certain objective to achieve. We may be learning a new exercise or trying to put all of our energy into a single set. A powerlifter needs to recruit as many muscle fibers as possible in order to do a maximum single lift, which requires great focus. Just having a bad day at work can take away from our training if we don’t keep our concentration. Red Blast contains several ingredients that are specific to the mind and will enhance cognitive functions.
The first mind-enhancing ingredient in Red Blast is Vinpocetine. Vinpocetine is a product that is used in Europe for Alzheimer’s patients. Vinpocetine enhances brain function by increasing blood flow to the brain. It enhances memory and focus and has a calming effect on mood. Neurogenex, another product from Anafit, also contains Vinpocetine. Fans of Neurogenex have stated time and time again that they will not go a day without it in their daily supplement routine because of the increased focus and mental acuity it has brought to their daily lives.
The second mind-enhancing ingredient in Red Blast is Acetyl-L-tyrosine. This is a form of the amino acid Ltyrosine.
Acetyl-L-tyrosine helps boost the effects of Vinpocetine while also aiding in thyroid function. (Tyrosine is 2 parts of the 3-part thyroid hormone) Acetyl-L-tyrosine is also said to help elevate the mood.
Have you ever heard of Idebenone? It is the third mind-enhancing ingredient in Red Blast. Idebenone is a specialized version of CoQ10, a powerful antioxidant that is specific to high-energy organs such as the heart, liver and lungs. CoQ10 is known to help improve brain function by staving off the effects of Parkinson’s disease as well. The problem with CoQ10, however, is when oxygen is not present in certain areas of the body, CoQ10 can become a free radical and no longer acts as the beneficial antioxidant. Idebenone keeps this from happening, though, acting as an antioxidant even in low oxygen environments. Idebenone is roughly 10 times more potent than CoQ10, and is even better in regards to cardiovascular and brain protection to boot.
The Author’s Experience With Red Blast
As a former bodybuilder and powerlifter I am sensitive to my body. I have taken thermogenics for years and have taken every supplement I could get my hands on due to working in the supplement industry. I can tell you that Red Blast is a great product. I took 10 tablets 45 minutes before I trained with some grapefruit juice. By the time I got to the gym I was feeling very good. I started to do standing shoulder presses and felt unusually strong. My pump was incredible. I have never felt anything like that before. I got a 3 rep personal record that day and felt like I could have trained forever. Kara Bohigian had some very nice things to say about it in the Interview that Anafit did with her. I don’t like to train without Red Blast anymore.
Nitric Oxide products are very popular right now. None of them have the same quality and ingredients of Red Blast. From the CEE to the arginine/ornithine ethyl esters to the methylxanthines to the idebenone and mindenhancing ingredients, Red Blast is the top of the line when it comes to nitric oxide boosters. It will give a person
more energy, greater focus, better pumps and will increase strength. Try it and you will have a fantastic workout
guaranteed.

Take Good Care,
