Mine goes up by about an inch for every 10-15 pounds of weight that I gain. Mine usually stay around 18" year around, but have been slightly under 20" about 10 years ago. I'm gonna try to get back there this winter and bring back up my Tri's again, which should help a lot. I'm not sure how big they are now though.....hang on.....

18-1/2" cold, flexed. 240-lbs.

Difficult to say. They shot up early on in training (years ago), plateaued, and then shot up when I went on gear. They've now pretty much plateaued again for the past couple years, which is fine. I like the size they are now, although another inch would be nice

throw some pics up bmj.. 20 inch guns are pretty rare.

sketch you're gonnna get a bunch of different answer. the newbies are going to get 1-2 inches as they gain weight really fast yearly. for the rest of us who are lucky to gain 10 lbs of lean mass a year it's not nearly as much... like bmj said, it usually take approx 15 lbs of weight gain to put an inch on the arms if they grow proportionately.

This year has been plagued with injury, just had surgery one week ago on my shoulder.

I suspect I have lost 1.5 inches on my arm this year alone.

But I think my arms were close to 19 inches, so 20 seems possible,

My arms are like a woman's monthly weight change...up and down. Can I add up the number up and the number down and say I've changed that much?

best to date 18, current 17.5ish "little under" because diet has gone to hell and have been drinking 2x's a week. It has been years but they were 16.5 the first time I measured them. I am happy with my arm size.

Only way to achieve that growth in that period of time. Say hello to the next Greg Valentino.

hahahahaha I'll never use synthol. I do not like the word never, but this is one thing I am confident in saying it too. I have pretty good genetics, so I will stay hopeful.

you would need god like genetics to have 20-23 inch and lean arms. I bet the amount of people who can achieve that is .00009234% of the population.

I don't think synthol looks bad when done correctly. A lot of pro bbers have it and you can't really tell.

i would use synthol, as far as the question, "inches" per year, i don't think anyone puts on inches in the plural form per year, LOL, im capped it seems at around 17.5 while the rest keeps growin, one day im sure they'll spurt again.

The inches seem to bypass my arms and go straight to my penis while on Test.

Mine have shrunk this year. I was down to 16 after surgery and months of recovery. Its pretty depressing. I am shooting for 18 by spring, depending on how quickly they come back.
