Hey guys! Thanks for the shout, it means alot to me right now. And yes I am fighting a good fight. My blood clot has gone away, and after a failed Cardioversion (heart shock treatment) I stayed in A-fib for several months feeling like shit. A 2nd Cardioversion has put my heart back in rhythm as of 2 weeks ago! (good news)!!

I am still in Congestive Heart Failure with an ejection fraction of about 20%(above 50% is normal) but hopefully being back in regular, normal rhythm will improve that. If not the next step will be a Defibrillator Implant.

Its been a tough road going through all of this and on top of that being natty suddenly after 2 straight years on with no PCT to boot. But I am working out again as of June (bowflex) and have recently made the move back to light free weights!!

Damn BC, I was hoping to hear some better news than that. I guess MMA is on hold too? Hang in there bro, I am confident the dr's will fix you up and have you back to your old self sooner rather than later. Did they ever find out what caused this? Hang in there bro!!!

Thanks TA! I'm certainly am not where I was before all this happened but then again I'm 200% better than on 4/18/08 when I was gone with no pulse, respiratory failure, kidney failure and liver failure.

The cause, which they are not exactly sure of the initial one would be..

A heart virus, meaning possibly something viral(like a flu) attacked the heart muscle causing Cardiomyopathy, Atrial Fibrillation, Cardiomegaly(Enlarged heart), Cardiongenic Shock and then Cardiac Arrest.

My coronaries are as clean as a whistle and my cholesteral is under 200 so it had nothing to do with heart attack or stroke.

MMA is definitly on hold and being on blood thinners, will probably be that way for awhile but the Iron is and always has been my top priority, and that I am working my way back.

Thanks guys! I'm going to come back from this as I have made it one of my missions in life. Obviously God gave me a second chance and then presented this challenge to me to overcome it. I owe it too him, my girlfriend my friends and family to do so!

I've spent 30+ years in the gym and have never, until April and May, missed more than a week.

I'll be sticking around here for a long time bro's!!!!
