never seen it anywhere, I would assume a script is required. you maybe able to buy it online from a MX or TH pharmacy

I'd be weary of these while lifting bro. Cortizone shots are unforgiving on your connective tissues. Chance of injury will increase a lot.

Same goes for oral prednasone.

Do you really want a non-medical professional to be administering an intra-articular shot? Hell, sometimes the doc can't even get the shot in the right spot.

Both are catabolic to muscle. Hydrocortizone needs careful injection practice preferably under untrasound to deliver the steriod to affected damaged tissue. It is only a short term solution. I prefer Deca

I use my GF's kenalog scrip she got last year for something unrelated... the doc gave her about ten years supply in a bottle and told her to bring it in if he ever needed to inject it. You have to be very careful if you do find it, I've been using -tiny- spread shots on two knots of scar tissue to help break it down.

I gave myself a bursa shot after realizing just how utterly useless the professionals can be (the doc missed by a good 6 inches despite me marking the spot with a HUGE red spot with a sharpie) that worked out pretty well. Got to do a lot of research on dosing and always use the absolute minium

I doubt they would give a script out for them types of meds. They require a local anesthetic to be mixed in a ratio or you will not feel very happy when it hits.

Hydrocortizone Is not an IM injection, but an inter capsule injection,

In other words, into the joint, which is frankly tough as baseball leather when trying to perforate the capsule.

I had a selective nerve root injection on my sciatic nerve with cortizone. It hurt worse than anything I had ever experienced. It was horrible.
