OWENSBORO, KY (WFIE) - In Daviess County, an Owensboro man is arrested for trafficking anabolic steroids.

Police say 47-year-old Charles Jowers shipped two packages in the last week that contained the drug.

Detectives say they seized more than $200,000 in cash, more than 150 vials of anabolic steroids, a car and a motorcycle.

Jowers is in the Daviess County Detention Center.

He wasn't the most popular of people. Well, a few months back, NubianBeauty stated to me that he was using my name and telling people I was vouching/repping for him. I had never even conversated with the guy. I had seen his name around the boards for being shitty gear, and he was kicked off multiple boards as well.

Good thought, or they could have been tipped off by a larger agency who thought he wasn't worth their time.

Though with what Mr. BMJ says, it sounds like he was an idiot anyways.

well, you cant really go put it in the bank, they report all deposits over either 2k or 5k in cash to a suspicious banking activity bureau, really hard to move cash nowadays

anyone who deals shitty gear and uses other peoples names or masquarades as something they're not deserves everything that's coming to them. not the most healthy looking specimen either.

He was nothing but freakin Trouble. I was a MOD at another board, where he was asked to join us, by another Mod. Dude changed his name a few times and even used the name of other well known dudes. His gear was underdosed (tested and proved) and even found to be fake. it seems everyone around him (those he remailed for) was busted...but him. Not claiming anything here....but dude threatened my board saying he was going to give LE his customer list.

After being kicked off Gymace's board (SSB) and a few other board's.....he made GhostGym his home and was the main source over there.

That's pretty much the story i've heard over the years about him. At the end of the day, we are in a better place without him around. Thanks for that update EZ
