This is where i stand as of 31 DEC 2004:
Ht: 5'7" Wt: 230 lbs Caliper measurments: Tricep: 4 Umbilicus: 13 Sacroiliac: 7 Thigh: 12 Total: 36 supplements: Thermorexin YES ALCAR TYR2 Glucorell-R Neurogenex Liquid BCAA's taken during the night Juice Plus Orchard, Garden, and Vineyard blend. *See no need for a multi-vit while using JP+ *Lookin at possibly using: Levorex Volume DNA Pure CEE EnrG Chemicals: Aromasin Clen T-3 Inj B-12 Ketotifen Tren Test Prop *lookin at using Halotestin and/or Winny in the final weeks of the show. FOODS: Bonless/skinless chicken Breasts Egg whites Whey Protein Brown Rice Pre-packaged salads 87%-75% grassfeed beef, lamb, and bison, I'm using the grassfeed meats because they are high in CLA and have the Omega ratio's to that of salmon. That's pretty much the nuts and bolts of it. I will get pics posted ASAP. as for my meal break down i'm pretty much using the same diet used my Mark Dugdale for the 2004 USA's which is in the July issue of Flex. The only exception is slightly less carbs and slightly more protein but not much in either. This is a work in progress so bare with me LOL. By the way this is my 3rd NPC show "The only 2 things u ever have to keep your daughter away from in life is a stripper pole and clear high heels LOL"

Shit...here you come! 230 at 5'7...bastard!
Have you started all the supplements yet? You're still doing the NC State right? I may still do the Gold's Classic in Wilmington (May 7th).

I've started everything in DEC with exception of Aromasin which should be in 2day. I was using a Arimidex/Nolva combo which ran out today. This will be the first time using Aromasin.
I need to decide whether to run Trex at the max dosage or do a combo of Levorex/Trex. Plus i need to decide between the CEE, Volume DNA, or EnerG. Budget is limited so if anyone as opinions speak soon cuz i'm makin an order tomorrow. If ayone wants specifice dosages of all i'm using feel free to ask otherwise i will just list the products. Ulter if u have any comments feel free. And yes i'm planning on the NC state show but plan to do the march show in ATL as a prep to measure my progress. there's another show 30 APR in Charlotte NC as well. This will be fun considering i have 2 bulging disks and 1 slipped disk "The only 2 things u ever have to keep your daughter away from in life is a stripper pole and clear high heels LOL"

I'd like to use EnerG, but I can't use shakes.

Alright just made another AF order
. By thursday I should be adding Levorex and PureCEE into the mix. Can't wait to see how those two work. I've never tried either. Plus i havent used any type of creatine forever. I also plan on getting caliper readings every 2-3 weeks. Most likely every 2 weeks though"The only 2 things u ever have to keep your daughter away from in life is a stripper pole and clear high heels LOL"

Sweet! I'm also going on creatine EE today, just received it yesterday. I'm plannin g on using 3 caps with each post workout meal, so essentially it will be taken 6 times a week at 3 pills a day, sundays off.
Levorex makes me sweat like a pig!

I like the calipers only because reguardless of what formula is used to compute BF%, The measurement is the same. Plus the higher the caliper reading the more YES i will apply to that area. I did this to measure the success of Yohimburn DF in 2003 and is showed not only in the mirror but on paper.
As for the the CEE i think Ulter said it was one pill per 60 lbs of wt. Some things i'm doing diffrent/new this time around. - More HIIT when it comes to cardio - using, ALCAR,TYR2,CEE,LEVOREX - counting total number of grms of carbs, protein based strictly for lean mass - Eating more carbs starting out then "gradually" decreasing overtime - Incorporataing the use of "grass fed" meats - bump Test up to 1gr/week - Use Aromasin instead of Adex or Femara "The only 2 things u ever have to keep your daughter away from in life is a stripper pole and clear high heels LOL" [This message was edited by SDRaver on 01-04-05 at 01:29 PM.] [This message was edited by SDRaver on 01-04-05 at 01:30 PM.]

Here's a pic of me at a "watered down" 213 @ the 2003 Northern Gold's Classic in Tacoma WA.
2003 Northern Gold's Classic, Tacoma WA. 30 Aug. 2003 I'm in the center. Lessons learned from that show. -Sodium Loading/depletion doesn't work for me -DO NOT get in huge verbal arguement with gf 36 hrs prior in front of all of Tacoma LOL. SD....Good luck in the show.....At 5ft7 and 230, you have some serious muscle. Looking at your pic shows your size which is very impressive.
The CEE really seems to work well for me. My muscles feel fuller and harder without the normal water bloat that comes from normal creatine. It will be interesting to see if you and PA use it during the contest. I am wondering if the change in sodium levels as you get closer to the show will effect the desired look. The levorex really makes me swet without the jitters that accompany me with trex. I love both of them, but it is sometimes hard to train on trex taken too soon. Like I said to PA....I'll be pulling for both of you. ------------------------------------------------------------ "No one is completely worthless. Well i sweat bad enough with clen,T-3,T-rex, so i will probably burst into flames on leveorex LOL. Curious can u elborate more on the CEE/sodium thing. Once again i'm planning to peak for the 9 apr show but still using the ATL show 19 mar as a prep show.

just got my Levorex and CEE 2 hours ago. Here's my current list of what and amount of AF products:
-ACLAR: 6/day -TYR2 : 6/day -T-Rex: 4/4day -Levorex: 4/day -CEE : 4/day -Neuro : 3/day -ISO-AGB: 1 serv./day -YES : 6 squirts/day -Gluc-R : 8/day I'm i missing anything LOL. My diet is avg about 2,600 cals/day -prtein: 315gr/day -Carbs : 250gr/day -Fat : around 40gr/day give or take. That was started 1 jan and will go until by next bf comp 14 Jan 20005. eating bascially the same food i pretty much was eating off-seson. I will gradually drop the carbs and exchange with protein over the coming weeks. Just started my CEE and Levorex today. By next week i will be including grass-fed only beef, lamb, bison which is high in CLA and Omega ratios similar to salmon. For my cardio i'm using one of those cycles from a spin class. love that thing. They have a traffic light thing in the gym that's set for intervals which is how i do my HIIT Cardio. With clen,t-3,aromasin,T-rex,YES I flyin on that bike and soakin the carpet at the gym LOL. we will see how CEE and Levorex add to the whole process. I don't care what weight i compete at, i just want ripped glutes LOL "The only 2 things u ever have to keep your daughter away from in life is a stripper pole and clear high heels LOL"
