SD, I never got a chance to tell you congratulations on your show man. Good job!!! Nothing will ever compensate for coming in the best you can and putting in all you had to be the best you could...win or lose.

You looked great man.

SDR, props. You would have either placed high or won if it were any other show. The competitors you faced were THAT good. You conditioning is surprisingly sharp...I didn't think you could come down that far. You were dry but a bit flat. If any criticism would come from me, it would be to fill out some more, but that's about it...muscle bellies, shape, and thickness are your strongpoints.

Are you doing a show again next year? I am doing the gold classic here in Wilmington next year. Me and PQ went to watch the PJ yesterday, and it's not the best show, but it drew a good field of competitors. I'll be a HW for next year's event

In closing, I'll lock this one up and stick it in the HOF. You definitely gave me motivation when were were both getting ready at the same time. I want more competitors to write their experiences in the competitor's corner.

Great prep bro, you showed us all what perserverance means. You knocked over wall after wall to get to where you were in those pics!
