Updates:
-PA is gonna post my pics once i get them sent to him. I figure I might as well try to get some more pics today as well. So the first set will be from last week at 11 weeks out and the 2nd set will be from today at 10 weeks out.

Checked my weight today just to see. Stripped down i was 224. down from 226 last friday. Not what i'm going by but just another set of numbers to use in the mix.

For the last week i bumped the cardio from 30 to 45 min sessions. Also adding another day of cardio taking me from 5 to 6 days/week.

For weight training i'm hitting each muscle group 2xweek which i have never done before.

Mon-Legs
Tues-Chest/tri's/shoulders
Wed-Back/Bi's
Thurs-Legs
Fri-Ches/tri's/shoulders
Sat-Back/Bi's
Sun-Rest

I'm excited and interest about the weight training since i started. First off i started lifting again in Mid DEC after a 3month layoff from 2 bulging disks and 1 slipped disk which is still an issue but dealing with it accordingly.

Doin almost all lifts with either one leg or arm at a time has dropped the weight down yet requires a lot more focus and attention. Thankgoodness for Neurogenix .

Fascial Stretching is new to me also which i definitley feel. The gym i use has every piece of Hammer Strengh equipment there is. I still can't put much weight on my back yet but have still been able to hit the legs fairly well.

As for diet for the last week i've added an another bowl of salad, an additional meal of lean beef replacing one of my chicken tenderloin meals, and added an extra capsule of CEE bring that up to 5 caps/day. IMO i just feel it will be useful with all the dieting, lifting, cardio. At a minimum i don't see how it can hurt.

I feel good so far. If anyone can reccomend the best OTC sleep aid out there let me know. Now that i think about it i guess P-7 would come in handy for that as well. The use of Ketotifen does help sleep somewhat.

I started using YES again. I wasn't going to until the last 4-6 weeks b4 the show but i have a girl coming to visit Valentine's day weekend Frome Detroit so what the hell i will just use more YES farther out from the show LOL. It can't hurt LOL.

oh and for all u dieters out there. I noticed at Wal-mart they had prepacked/pre-cooked Albacore steaks from Bumblebee. Each 4oz packet has about 1.5 grams of fat and 35 grams protein which is pretty good i think. Come in 3 different flavors(ginger & soy, lemon pepper, and can't remeber the 3rd one LOL).

And for anyone who may want some more variety in there food i use some recipies on www.marunde-muscle.com They are big users of grass fed meats as well which helps my food prep.

I can't believe how fuckin huge your arms and delts are, including your forearms...It's gonna take me another year to get that much mass, and probably 2 years to hold that much mass as lean as you are.

On the down side, I can say that you're a bit soft....but you do have 10 weeks, which is totally within attaining the standard 4% bodyfat. However, you did only start training again in December and I've been at it for a solid 1 1/2 years non-stop. Another thing worth noting, I like to start my contest diets at around 10 lbs within my 1-week out weight. So this year I started at 219, and should end up at 205-210 at 1 week out.

Keep charging hard, bro. You're gonna win your class, and I'll win mine...wouldn't that be some shit???

Oh, and by the way the worthless bastards who call themselves promoters haven't sent me jack shit on Hotels, photographers, DVD, etc. They need to get their shit together!

"Never blindly follow the herd."

Ditto Dman's question.

Also, like PA mentioned, you have some pretty big fucking arms for your size bro! Holding a lot of water, but that will leave as the weeks go by. I would say, and you probably don't need me to tell you this, but don't get frustarated from the arm appearance in the intermediate stages (8-12% bodyfat) when they lose overall size and right before they get shredded. Meaning, my arms and traps grow faster than anything on me, and at times, my arms can grow like yours. When I diet, and they start losing size due to water and fat, they sometimes can look both small and soft from the changes. This may just be me though. There is that feeling from going huge to smaller when dieting that can lower a lot of peoples self-esteem. However, once I really start getting shredded, my arms look BIGGER, although they are really a lot smaller. Once the veins and cuts start coming in starting from my shoulders down to my fingers, it is the most awesome thing I can think of when it comes to accomplishments.

Anyway, before I get too much off topic, just keep busting your ass and keep your diet straight with its appropriate changes along the way, and you will kick ass.

about the tuna, how much sodium does it have??? A lot of times stuff like that is loaded with NA+ as a preservative, which may be unfavorable for those who are NA-sensitive.

Hmmm...i'm not dieting right now, I may have to check it out. I'm so sick of tuna though so I might just stick with the canned chicken.

For those who are also interested, my favorite canned chicken is made from Kirkland sold at Costco. That is the best canned chicken I have eaten thus far. I've eaten a lot of brands too. The stuff is a life saver for me since I usually don't have much time to spend cooking all day. It's also great to put in recipes.

I've kept my sodium somewhat high just to keep my strengh and water up a bit. i'm still eating around 220gr/carbs/day which ends today when i get my updated diet. I'm very carb sensitve meaning i hold alot of water when ever i do eat that high. I'm not worried to much.

I's still would like to look a little harder right now. But the guy who's helpin me said that last thing i need to do is peak early.

My sight r set on the 9 APR show. PA probably won't like this but i've been advised by one of my trainers to back out of the ATL show. Not because of whether i will be ready but becasue of the Promoters's performance with that show in the past. From what it sounds like PA is already dealing with him on getting info in a timely matter. BB is alot about strategy and i need to set myself up for success meaning being at the right place at the right time in the right condition. So 9 APR is where i'm headed. No thoughts on future shows are anything else.

As for my chemicals I'm currently running:
-1gram Test Prop/week
-75mgs Tren/day (525grms/week)
-1000mcgs/Inj. B-12
-120mcgs Clen (6tabs/day)2 weeks on 2 weeks off
-75mcgs T-3 (3 tabs/day)
-1ML of Ketotifen at bedtime
-Aromasin 25mgs/day
*today is when i started the current amount of Tren

Supplments From AF
-CEE: 5 caps/day
-Neurogenex/3day
-ALCAR/4xday
-T-Rex/4 tabs/day
-Levorex/4 tabs/day
-Glucorell/8day
-Just started YES back up also

others:
Juice Plus's
Orchard blend/2day
Garden Blend/2day
Vineyard Blend/2day

And what i cant wait for which i will start very soon for the first time ever GH yippee LOL.
In the final stages i will also be adding Winny and/or Halotestin.

This will be my third NPC show. However this one is having the most time and effort put into it. I'v got some top notch people helpin me so for anything that goes right it's to their credit. if it goes wrong well lessons learnend and i probably didnt follow everything to the T.

For Mr. BMJ question about the Bumble Bee Albacore steaks they are:

1x 4oz. serv
2.5 grms fat
35 grms. proteing
1 grm carbs

370 mgs of sodium. The Ginger & Soy is far higer at 1030 mgs. of sodium.

I hope this thread is of some use to everyone.
