here's the info on the grass-fed animals T

U.S.Wellness Meats

I'm mostly using the 87% ground beef sold in 1lbs chubs (he said chub LOL) But they sell a variety of products.

Alright week #1 of dieting down. I will get weighed, bf, and pics all next friday at the 2 week mark.

My intake now is 2,800 cals/day
-360gr/pro/day
-220gr/car/day
-45gr/fat/day

I will maintain this until 14 Jan which is my next consult for bf comp. by then the protein/fat will go up and carbs down. I'm anticipating the next bf comp like a show date LOL. Just added glutamine to the mix also.

On a side note does anyone here use MCT oil at all

I'm using Udo's Flaxseed oil. It is almost 100% EFAs...cold pressed, kept refrigerated, etc.

Yeah i think Udo's is great. it's a must honestly. But has far as MCT's go I used Cap-Tri for my last show when i was eating very low carbs. It seemed to have a use as far as energy while on low carbs. kept me from "crashing" so to speak.

I would suppose that any pure MCT oil would work nicely, as long as it's a brand you trust. Cap-Tri is a reputable company. BTW bro, how low is "low carb" for you? For me, high carb days are 250 and low is 120-150. I never used MCT oil for a show...I suppose I'm a massachist and like the pain of low carbs... LOL

I found my calipers and my lower back readings are PATHETIC...LOL

No wonder why my fat spills over my pants back there so badly in the offseason!!!

well i've noticed that where ever i try to get a caliper reading the fat hides at another site LOL. As far as carbs for me, I have such a slow metabolism that eating 220-250 carbs/day doesn't feel low for me.

Current update on use of AF products.

Glucorell-R: 1x40grms/carbs
Neurogenix : 4xday
TYR2 : 4xday
ALCAR : 4xday
CEE : 4xday
T-Rex : 4xday
Levorex : 4xday

Saving YES for the last 4 weeks of the 19MAR show in ATL then continuing on with it through the 9 APR NC state show.

Calorie intake is currently 2,800 cals/day with a break down of around 33%carb/52%pro/15%fat.

started training with a friend who was specialized in strength& conditioning/personal training before coming back into the Army to be in the Special Forces community. My first workout with him was legs. Long story short; i puked LOL. SO i guess it was worth while LOL.

I admit that i've been a slacker when it comes to legs do to the frustration of years of running, ruckmarching, etc. PA knows what i'm talkin about when it comes to this. That is why i'm really lookin forward to some new progress with my leg develpment.

Instead of a splurge meal i had a splurge day. I have to say that it wasn't as fun as i thought it would be. Eating small meals round the clock made it hard to eat alot of food which may be a good thing i guess.

I have to say with all the new stuff i'm doing for my 3rd NPC show.I honestly crave results and progress then i do empty calories at this point. If everything goes like i plan than this should be a great year.

I know that i will more than likely throw winny and halo into the mix of my Tren/prop as the shows draw closer. Not to mention my use of Aromasin, T-3, clen. Depending on budget i'm toying with the idea of Masteron for the Apr 9th show. Now i'm doing the ATL show/NC state show with the intent of qualifying for the big one (Jr. USA's)JR. USA's 16 Apr in Charleston SC. What's the thoughts on duration/dosage for the max benefit of Masteron. I already know what to expect from the Tren/prop/winny. But i can only imagine what it would be like with the addition of halo and possibly Masteron. Would it be worth the effort or overkill with everything else.

Damn bro, you're trying for the JrUSAs too! I hope to be competing there with you. As far as the addition of Masteron and Halo, I'd say use the M and don't udse the H. IMO the H would be asking for a liver eruption of sorts. Are you taking any liver protectors? I'm not.

I have also heard of dropping tren for masteron...but I'd like to see what both of them combined would do...with proviron, winny, clen, etc!

-Ketotifen

Holy shiat peeps. I thought i was going to pass out today from legs. To the point we had to cut it short cuz i was so pale and HRT was a constant 140bpm's for some time.

My back injury is forcing me to use lighter weights but better form and new things like time under tension which is bustin my balls LOL.

I think the clen-t3-TRex-Levorex all at one time got the best of me this morning cuz the person i was trng with was visibly concernced. I started seeing stars and getting tunnel vision.

I normally drink alot of water anyways but definitley need to force down some more. I was cramping after the workout wich rarely happens.

We will see what happens tommorrow with pics and bf testing........
