Default The Frog's Log

I'm feeling a little unsure of posting a log among all of you amazing ladies! But . . I'm getting serious again and want a place to write.

Why "The Frog"? Well, I collect frogs (ceramic, not real!) . . and I WANT a frog's legs! Quads like that - yum! Hope the log name doesn't confuse anyone.

Goal: Knock off 20 lbs of fat (get to 18% BF), fit in my leopard pants , and quit using a full tank of air in 40 minutes or less! (SCUBA)

Stats: 5' 6", 145lbs, 28% BF, long skinny type.

Target calories: 1850 at 40/30/30 C/P/F macros with one cheat day/week.

Activity:

Cardio - target: 45 minutes at 132 min. HR, 3-4x wk.
Right now, I'm puffing and blowing along at about 25-35 minutes/session. That 45 is TOUGH! I use a HR monitor.

Weights - working on form and ROM, three day split: Back/Chest/Abs, Shoulders/Bis/Tris, Quads/Hams/Calves.

Feb 20

M1 - 1 HB egg, 1 pc. flax bread, 1 T. nat PB, 1 T. all-fruit jam

M2 - sm. handful tortilla chips, homemade chili, salsa, sprinkle of parmesan

Cardio: 35 minutes @ avg HR 137. Got a good sweat on!

M3 - veggie soup, 1 pc. flax bread, 2/3 c. FF cottage cheese
