The carbs aren't quite as low but you can try using sugar free jello pudding mix with a couple scoops of vanilla or unflavored protein and either water or if you want it even creamier the hood lo carb milk.

Certain flavors set better mixed with water than others, the pistachio has worked best for me.

You can also top with sugar free cool whip if you so desire.

I also really like low fat cottage cheese with sugar free jello crystals (I like cherry) sprinkled on top. Very sweet and good before bed as a source of slow digesting proteins. moderate carb.
