lil something to snack on...
Wanted to get something that tasted good (pudding type/dessert) with no sugars, some pro. and o fat. Ive tried INSTONE high pro pudding and the choclate and vanilla taste delicious. NUT facts: 100 cals, 2gms fat (o saturated) , 1g carb. 0 sugars and 20 grams of pro (basically from milk and soy. Has anyone tried any other that may be better and/or made there only lil recipe that they can share?
