My Workout program looks like this

Mon: ME upper
Tues: Speed training, ME lower
Wed: off
Thurs: Plyos, DE Upper
Fri: DE lower
Sat: Hang clean, Snatch, Plyos
Sun: off

Supplements:.
beta alanine and about to start leukic b/c i heard leucine is supposed to be good in large amounts
