Diet help
Right now i am 6' 207 about 10% bf.
I am trying to bulk and get to 225 then cut back down to 215 hopefully around 8%bf.
What should my numbers be(protein, fat, carbs etc) to put on that weight?
And what would a realistic time be to get to 225?
also, if you have any good supplements that would help with bulking?
