I was going to wait until after the arnold to make this log, but today I am just so psyched, I wanna get started. But first, a little confession:
I have not, in a very, very long time really put myself through much pain in the gym. I have stuck with exercises I was comfortable with, I have stopped when I had more reps left, I have basically, not given it my all. All that is over. This is a new era.
Currently my bodyfat is higher than I want, and some muscles are large, others lag behind. I am going to make and execute a much more focused plan, and though I have some knowledge, and some ideas in my head, I will need you guys to help me with this project. I was going to have an abdominoplasty in may/june, but I am rethinking that plan...with the energy and determiniation I have right now, the last thing I need is to get laid up with major surgery. So I think instead I will see what I can accomplish by kicking my
ass, and then see after all that, if the surgery is a must, or just a bonus.
