I like an am session or two a week (some days I have to be at work at 6:00 AM) and 2-3 times a week after workouts, immediately followed by a post workout shake. During my T3 cycle this worked extremely well with no loss in lbm. BTW, I favor interval training for 15-30 minutes. I hate long areobic sessions.
