I have found that cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach is best. Of course, everyone here knows what I consider to be cardio...thirty minutes of windsprints or versaclimbing in 100 foot intervals at a rate of 100 feet per minute. I do it every day if I can. I do it until I am exhausted, rather than strictly for thirty minutes. More cardio=more mitochondria=more biological activity=more cuts and density. Believe it.
