Wow, im surprised this wasnt debated more!! As ive just now begun cardio for my contest, i have a few questions. I like to do my cardio after my weight training. Usually 25-30 minutes. I sthis a good time to do it? Should i be doing longer sessions? And should i do it every day, or just every training day? Also, how much is too much and generated a lot of cortisol? And should increased cortisol even matter to me since im on winny deca and cyp? And lastly, will cardio really make my system more efficient at distributing anabolics, making them more effective?????
