The main reason I do aerobics during a cycle, besides the fact that I hate to sit still (working drives me insane sometimes), is that I don't want too much unnecessary fat and bloating from a cycle. The aerobics I do seems to keep it down. [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif[/img]
