Howdy. Just picked up some
glucorell and
sesapure, already using ephedrine and caffeine. I wanna burn fat and maintain as much muscle as possible.
I lift weights M-W-F, basic stuff (5x5 style routine, though not exactly), and do cardio first thing in the morning prior to eating 6 days per week for 30-60 minutes.
My primary questions are
1)
Glucorell and sesamax both increase insulin sensitivity. I know people want the insulin boost immediately postworkout so they don't use
glucorell, what I want to know is "why not?"
2) Should I be ingesting "maintenance calories" or "hypocaloric"? I ask because
glucorell is reported to push carbs into the muscles rather than fat stores, and sesamax is supposed to assist in converting fatty acids - to - energy. So will both be beneficial in a hypocaloric state, or are they primarily beneficial in a state of maintenance calories, allowing me to burn bodyfat and gain muscle at the same time?
thanks a bunch.
