I can but not when i get over 405. Its just too much trouble, i lose all my tightness and sometimes start to spin a bit which can really fuck my lumbars if it gets outta control.
not to mention, i use a bench bar for all my work which sucks.
im getting more mobility now tho so i may just reach outside the rack and grip the close end of the sleeves, or try anyway.
