Do you do a lot of tricep ext, JMs and skull crushers? With me it is some of the tricep work that kills my elbows. If I switch to neutral grip DB floor presses and close grip (on flat or incline bench), it gives the elbows a break. One of the guys in my gym injured his elbow and had been rehabbing. He just started heavy benching again. I will ask for rehab ideas from him

I do alot of standing pressdowns for high reps. I try to stay away from ext's jm's crushers etc because of the pain. Its pretty much board work, elbows out ext's (rarely for a few weeks), pressdowns and ummm... welp i think thats it.
Its the squatting tho that makes my elbows beat up and then i follow that up with heavy bench and thats whats killing them.
Im gona switch it around so bench is monday and squat follows it up. Also, when i grip wider in squats my elbows dont take as much of a beating, but the powerrack i have at my home gym isnt wide enough to grip as wide as id like for my elbows sake, so i usually end up with bloody pinky fingers from re-racking the bar.
