My high school wieght instuctor use to make us do the "double century challenge"! Basically, if you did any exercise with 100lbs 100 times, you did not have to do the written report required, lol. I only saw one person ever do it, on leg extensions. And the guy was tiny too. But I remember he waa hella fast.
The same instructor also said if any one could eat 3 habenero peppers(in a row), they didn't have to do the writtne work either. And it had to be done after yoru work out. He had us all throwing up!
he also use use to make us do crazy super set full body training untill we could do know more. I friggen hated when we had to do that!
I remeber this guy was huge and super strong! And he had like 13 hernia's too! They looked sick. had no hair either. Probabaly a test junky!
