I've been following a recipe which resides on the back of bottles of Franks hot sauce. I use fresh wings on my weber grill.
I've also fried and baked frozen wings.
When I'm ready to eat and I haven't started cooking yet I just throw Pan sprayed wings on the grill at a high heat setting for a few min then on low for about 15 more min, take them out and serve bare. Then I shake a lot Franks on them and enjoy the chickens gift to man.
For some reason every restaurant I have ever been to serve frozen wings.
