30 Wings (mostly drums)
Louisiana hot sauce
Vietnamese chili garlic paste
worcestershire sauce
freshly pressed garlic
and super hot sauce called spontaneous combustion
1) Boil wings for 15 minutes
2) In a mixing bowl combine Louisiana hot sauce,
Vietnamese chili garlic paste,
worcestershire sauce,
freshly pressed garlic
and super hot sauce called spontaneous combustion,
3) Cook wings on my Weber grill until slightly crisp, once crisp place wings in bowl with sauce to soak
4) Once wings have fully absorbed the sauce place back on the grill and continue to cook while saucing the wings often
5) Wings are done when they are crispy and slightly blackened
6) must consume MGD while cooking these wings
