Late night eating
IM a lil confused in regards to this late night eating thing. I know people try to stay away from big meals (esp 2 many carbs) after a certain time to prevent it being stored as fat due to the slower metabolisim at night. This is what confuses me.....If that meal is part of ( using any number) you maintenace calorie consumption, lets say 3000 why would the late night eating cause a problem.
