Today's cardio, 03.4.08 
Treadmill: 46 mins, 2.0 – 5.2 mph, Incline 2.0 deg.
Distance training. After w-up I set tread to run at 5 mph & just had at ‘er. 3 miles later I was starting to feel little twinges so I stopped. Took me 35:50 to do the 3 miles, ‘cause I raised my speed to 5.1, then 5.2. All told it was 3.46 miles with the warm up & cool down.
Cals: 575, Starting HR 89(51%), Max HR 163(93%), Avg HR 139(79%)
Did better than I thought I’d do. I could’ve gone farther as far as fatigue goes, but my cankles were a tad sore. I must say, I sweated me arse off.
Synopsis
I was thinking about my goals. I believe this is the farthest I’ve run in 23+ yrs. Back in the old days I ran 10 km(6 miles) in 1 hr. That’s gonna be a secondary goal.
Water: 4.5 litres
