1 Whole Chicken (2 - 2.5lbs)
4 Gloves of Garlic
3 Tablespoons of Rosemary
PAM Cooking Spray
(1) Preheat Oven to 400
(2) Finely chop garlic and mix with Rosemary
(3) Spray that bad boy down with the PAM
(4) Rub with garlic/rosemary mixture...cut a few slices in skin, put garlic under skin in key locations, including the neck hole.
(5) TOSS it in the oven, crank it down to 350, 65/70 minutes later, dinner and tomorrow's lunch.
