Changed my mind. There's a ring road that my street runs off. It's about 4 kms (2 1/2 miles) 'round. My next goal is to run that before the end of June. Running outside is harder than a tread, so I'm counting on that to make it quantifiably more difficult than my time trial was. I will also endeavour to reduce my Mile & a half time even further.
